We got a very warm welcome from Angela the landlady. This was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a tea AND a coffee making machine in our room, with good selection of teas and coffees, option of fresh milk or sachets of milk. The breakfast was superb with a wide choice to choose from.

everything is fab, I have no complaints!

Super comfortable and cosy room. This is probably the third or fourth time I've stayed at the Evangelisa and every time it is a joy! The hosts are delightful and the breakfast is delicious. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. and a massive fluffy towel!

Beautiful property with everything you could need in the room. Great hot drink selection,comfy bed and breakfast was divine! Angela the owner was so friendly and helpful and really has thought of everything to make your stay a pleasure. We would definitely stay here again. Don’t be put off that the property is on the road. It was very quiet and we parked easily.

Very nice hosts indeed. Welcoming, helpful and great communicators. Easy check in and was given a key to creep in late. Breakfast was delicious. You get a card with an amazing choice of cooked and continental to order at a specific time. I was looking forward to welsh bacon and I was not disappointed. Good system. No wasted food. Thoroughly approve. I had to leave the room really early first morning so did not want breakfast. Made the most of it second morning. Comfy bed and lovely linen. Small sofa in room. Big mirror and hairdryer. Great boiling water machine for tea. All very well organised. Pembroke room has a small bathroom but all was great for one person. Thank you.

I liked everything about it.

Although on a main road, this house was quiet, and well insulated. Very tastefully decorated too. I could bring my bicycle inside. Breakfast was very good. Friendly welcome.

Nothing, I would stay again!

Friendly owners, lovely spacious room, comfy bed! Delicious breakfast. Facilities in room fab even a chiller, great bathroom mirror and access was easy with keys to property and room. Had a nice wander round Lampeter and plenty of food options, though I was later setting out so only the Chinese open at that time.

Top floor, and some noise all night, not sure if it was a fan in a room, but it didn’t change tone or stop. I’m a light sleeper. But honestly a fantastic place, comfortable and the staff were polite.

The room was comfy and beautiful. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was prompt and tasty.

Everything about this place was a pleasure! The room was extremely well appointed and prepared, and breakfast was excellent! The small bathroom even worked very well for me, and I’m not a small guy. I parked right in front overnight and the Ivy Bush Inn down the street was a welcoming pub.

Our room was at the front of the house and it was a little noisy during the night (it was a Friday night) but it didn't go on fire long.

This is an amazing B&B . They have thought of everything you need for yourself and your dog if you have it with you . The breakfasts are fabulous and the owners are so helpful and friendly . Just loved it
