It would have been nice to have tea / coffee making facilities in our room. Also a second stool to sit on would have added to our comfort.

The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the good quality toilet paper. The location provides reasonable access in all directions.

Very inexpensive no frill budget hotel to stay for one night. Great location and have lots of parking spaces. Walking distance to Nando, my favorite restaurant 😁

The price is still a bit expensive comparing to what we have.

I really appreciated the cleaning service. The bed was also comfortable, which is nice when you travel overseas by plane! The employees were also very accomodating.

There was VERY little room to move around, however, and we did not know that we would be required to get undressed in front of each other to take a shower. It wasn't a deal breaker, but would rather not. We also only had comforters and would have liked a flat sheet as an alternative because we were hot and sweaty with the comforter on and cold without it. Despite being in a complex, most of the restaurants were closed when we arrived (was not that late) so walking around in the rain to find food wasn't fun but we managed. The neighborhood is a bit industrial and not that clean. Hallways smelled musty.

We were happy for the value of a budget hotel that was actually clean and pretty updated. We had a double bed with one bunkbed over that. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is an area you can hang out and play cards or whatever, eat breakfast if you pay ahead and things you can buy (drinks, snacks) with 24 hour staff. Each bed had its own light switch. Quiet.

Shower cabin not well designed as it opens pretty much into the bed. This is alright for a couple or single person, however may be a problem for friends sharing a room.

Location was convenient for us as we were attending a show at the OVO Hydro. Walking distance to city centre and free parking which was located in the same building as the hotel.

TV reception wasn't great. Room was too warm. Bed not very comfy. Would have liked more of a hot breakfast option, and a kettle in room rather than continuously having to go down 2 floors, and carry hot drinks back up to room.

When we got to our first room it was unclean and when we asked to be moved the cleaning lady was very rude and made us out to be lying about the previous room.

The girl on reception was very helpful and the best part of the whole stay.

It's in a retail park so surrounded by fast food. But can walk about 500m to local restaurants.

Situated near to the casino and various food outlets and above a car park, it wasn't the nicest location to walk around, and I didn't go out after dark for safety reasons

My room was warm and quiet with a comfortable bed. The shower was lovely and large enough. Although there was no kettle in my room, I was able to make instant coffee etc in the dining room whenever I wanted. It was reassuring to have reception staff onsite 24 hours a day, and for the passages to the bedrooms to be inaccessible without the appopriate room key.
