To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The proximity to the Ovo Arena and transport links to the City Centre. Also in great area for restaurants.

Quite a long walk to the city center, but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Our room was clean, on the smaller side for three people but still OK.

PortugalBreakfast was average and in some common areas of the hotel (elevator, corridors) there were some weird smells.
The room was comfortable but very small, especially for 3 people. We only stayed one night and had to leave early to get a flight so for us this was ok, especially considering the great price. But I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

United KingdomThe signage from the multi storey into the hotel was confusing. No lock on the toilet door. The shower and toilet space are very small. I wouldn't recommend this room if you are traveling with someone you are not comfortable sharing a small space with.

The location is good (not great) for the Hydro, in fair weather. Probably, the cheapest hotel in the area and it is the second time staying here. The room is very clean. The parking is free and there is a choice of restaurants within five minutes walk.
