What a lovely, spacious apartment, bright and inviting. Very close to Windermere & Bowness amenities close by. Would recommend loved the welcoming touches & nice to have a dishwasher & coffee machine.

Everything we needed and everywhere was spotless. Ideal location and great to be able to park in front. Lovely welcome basket was a nice touch too. Would recommend and we’ll be back.

Location was excellent, 10 minute walk into Bowness. Apartment was lovely, everything there that we required. Basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival, very much appreciated. Will definitely book again when we travel to lakes.

Location was literally a 5 minute walk to Bowness centre and a 15 minute walk into Windermere itself. Also a great base to visit Ambleside and Kendal. If it’s your first visit to the lakes like ours, would highly recommend staying here.

A couple of tiny tweaks would make this place absolutely perfect. There are no dishes/trays for use in the oven. Would expect other consumable items in a place of this quality such as cooking oil - staying for only a few nights and having to buy a whole bottle to transport home again not ideal. No ice compartment for freezer blocks and no tin foil so if you're packing picnics for days in the lakes you have to get a bit creative! Info book mentioned a "welcome basket" but we didn't receive this so not sure if it would have been in there. Assumed prosecco was the "welcome" but info book specifically said to "leave the basket" so feel this may have been forgotten.

Immaculately clean, high quality furnishings and equipment. Great parking right outside. Bottle of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Gorgeous bathroom and lovely shower.

I don't think there was anything that we didn't really like. Maybe some hand wash or soap in the bathroom and at the sink area would have been handy but not a major issue.

The studio is located in a quiet street and it was very convenient for all the places we wished to visit. Parking directly outside was a big plus. The studio is spacious and has everything that you need for a short stay. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Ideally located with Bowness a short walk down the hill and Windermere a slightly longer stroll up the hill with private parking right outside the door. It a lovely modern apartment and very comfortable, we would definitely book this property again.

Great location- easy to get to both Windermere and Bowness. Very handy to have off road parking. Lovely studio flat- well thought through design, making the most of the space. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable property. Super quiet area- didn't hear anything from the neighbouring flats
