The shower had no power so it made it difficult to wash yourself, ado the floor was very slippy.

It was in a great location and the room was spacious and clean, the staff where very friendly and it felt safe staying there as the entrance door was kept looked at all times.

Hot water poor; in shower only tepid and no reaction when reported. Dangerous steps from en-suite into room. No information re: room cleaning or towel changes. When requested a confusion over new towels; we had to ask 3 times! Only one lift working.

Location excellent near DLR, buses, Elizabeth line and Uber ferries. Room spacious and airy.

Staff avoids any interaction at all, apart from 1 single lady (Indian look) where she was always smilly and polite. The rest I'm afraid still need to get full customer service training (outsourced), to understand that just being there physically is not enough, you need much more effort to justify your salary at end of the month

Big room (stayed at 21) with big window, was a great feel. Easy you use lift and get in and out. Outside, below building, nice cafe where you can grab okay coffee and pastries. If you need to be close to DLR or train, it's great spot. Outside, well, still Woolwich and I leave that for any person to give their own feedback of what you experience out there.

Directly opposite Woolwich Arsenal overhead Station. Short walk from Woolwich tube. The room was very spacious and was clean with a large window sky/city view. Room had a fridge. Nice mod large shower!

Despite best efforts by the staff to repair faulty antenna with Bunny Ears, we had intermittent to zero reception for the 4 day visit. No TV. No plug or waste in the sink.. There were over a dozen cigarette butts scattered across the balcony, no ash tray, no ‘No Smoking’ sign and no rubbish bin on the balcony.

Excellent location and easy walk to railway stations, DLR, Tesco, markets, restaurants and buses. Good views over the Woolwich town square. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very well appointed, ‘fridge was cold, WiFi was great. Staff we’re very responsive, helpful and engaging with good advice and local directions.

There is no breakfast although it is a hotel and not a room to let. We had only one towel each, for the 3 Days of staying. There is not a kitchen since there is no breakfast.

The location is perfect and the room was large with a very comfortable bed. LP The staff was very gentle.

lack of pillows and towels, however to be fair we didn’t ask for more! Broken floor tiles outside of shower, covered by rubber matting which prevented shower door opening. Poor reception on TV.

Generally good no major problems but the walls are quite thin so it's quite noisy and you can hear people talking and watching TV in neighbouring rooms.

Shower was inconvenient, wasn't clear which direction to turn the tap to get how water and need to wait long for that. Microwave would be a great addition to the kettle.

Great location, next door to DLR or Elisabeth line or a lot of bus routes. Nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Plenty of space. Kettle and fridge inside.

We booked a family room, but it was more like a small double room. No bedside table or access to sockets from bed. Can be noisy due to busy main road and club nearby. Also there was no staff on reception from midnight which is a bit of a concern.

Across the road from DLR and National Rail station. Also less than 5 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line. Close to local shops and restaurants. The room was clean and contained a fridge.

The bathroom had a door leading to another bedroom which made me feel uneasy as was concerned someone could come through to my room via that door. No peephole on the main door to see who was knocking on my main room door.

The room was a good size, it appeared clean. but on closer inspection it could have been a lot cleaner (white sock picked up a dirty floor) we didn’t have a bath, which would of been nice and there was NO hot water! the shower was luke warm at best!

we booked this hotel for the London marathon and it is situated right next door to Woolwich DLR which made it ideal for travelling. good sized room. decent view!
