Scam . The rooms where too hot n yet they lied to booking that they have fan lol

This property looks good from the outside but once in there you realise it’s all a facade. I booked in advance and requested a big nice room as depicted. Upon arrival they put us in a small crappy room that wasn’t clean. I complained and then we got moved to a different room which was better than the last but still not at all depicted as in the images. The bathroom looks great, but the shower pressure is rubbish and furthermore you do not feel clean after shower. The TV kept freezing and we shared a balcony with our neighbours I.e you couldn’t sleep with the window open as anyone can just climb in. Worse of all though after my first night there I woke up with a rash and blown up ear like nasty nasty and am still struggling with it a couple days later. Overall would never stay here again.

The lift you have to go in feels very dangerous, the staff there meaning ( the 1 person) who was there at all times no one else working with her except a young man who give people more pillows and stuff but when I asked for a fan he was alseep in bed and I got told he was coming at 9 o’clock when he woke up. The bathroom was ok except the bath had a wooden board over it which u can not use. There is no phones in the rooms at all! The quilt cover was ripped and u only get 1 pillow.

Spacious rooms even the bathroom is bigger than other hotel’s room 😅 perfect for staying long time. The receptionist is very kind and welcoming, she explains everything. And the location is a-ma-zing!

We had some issues with our room. Not hot water from shower(yes we had the switch on). The only plug which the kettle lead reached we had to put it on the floor( there was 1 behind the desk but by moving the desk out it blocked 1 side of the bed) the TV didn't work (we did sort that out,the aerial was freestanding but was tucked behind the TV which we didn't see till later) and the light on the bathroom cabinet didn't work(not a major thing but I wear contact lenses and a bright light is helpful for me) BUT the main issue with all the above is the total lack of interest by the 2 gentleman in reception. My husband stood there for 3 minutes while they completely ignored him and carried on speaking to each other. In the end my husband just left without complaining,we were only there for 2 nights.

The room was clean and bright. It was modern. Checking in was straight forward.

For a start the picture of the hotel is deceiving the entrance is a dingy looking door round the side not very pleasant. Hotel starts at at least three story up. Room large clean very clinical steps up to the bath room not a good idea. I don’t feel it was worth the money we paid. I definitely will not be recommending this hotel. No restaurant very poor all round.

We were given a very small room with a bed pushed into the corner with no bedside tables, the light switch for the bathroom was hidden behind the headboard, the room was in bad condition we complained (there were no pictures on booking.com of this room!)and after a lot of work got a different room, the room was ok but the bath was covered over and the shower was rubbish with the head all blocked up. We paid a lot of money and we're very disappointed, strongly do not recommend

The table for my work was damaged on the surface. It appeared to have been bought 3rd or 4th hand. Initially the room looked clean. On closer inspection the windows were grubby and very dusty and came with mosquitoes. The tops of architrives were dusty. The top of the mirrored cabinet in the toilet had two or three millimeters of dust upon it. I understand that the cleaners have a limited time frame to work their magic on a room. But it was very obvious that those areas hadn't been touch since installation. I suggest the manageress check the other rooms and will most probably find the same problems there.

Right above the underground at Woolwich. Central to the town square. Very large room with exceptionally large shower room / bathroom.

Nothing, it was just what I needed at a great price.

It was a very easy and frequent bus ride to the O2. The room was spacious with everything I needed including iron, fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new.

Had a lady in a room next door 64. Make a lot of noise all night long and singing and shouting at 7am. I spoke with her and asked her to be a little more quiet as I work late nights and was met with verbal abuse and threats I would be beaten up by her friends despite me speaking to her and just asking for less noise and to go back to sleep. When paying money it’s a human right to be able to sleep and feel comfortable. I had a lot of issues at this hotel and will never stay here again ever. Terrible experience. Left me in a really bad way as I suffer from mental illness and depression.

Some of the staff are very nice. Some are very rude.

A lot of negativity from other guests sharing the space with us. The room next door had three Indian men with a prostitute lady all night long. They were extremely noisy and we recorded it for proof.

Great location, some staff were friendly and professional. Great size rooms.

Very very noisy and I had little sleep both nights. Other guests were so loud and the hotel number was unanswered. The tile grout in the shower was mouldy. The towels were small and there was no hand towel. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. There was no WiFi I could find. The lift was dodgy. Cheap and you get what you pay for...

The location is handy for the Elizabeth Line and the DLR

My experience was wonderful, but my final night was disrupted by a very loud and unruly guest staying in the room above 53. Such a guest seems unsuitable for hotel stays, showing a lack of consideration for others.

I don't like a place where the furniture doesn't entirely match and when the doors don't close well that's a bit off putting. Also at 9pm on Saturday night the music from next door started and didn't finish until 2 in the morning. This wasn't nice at all. I always read reviews for that sort of thing. I would still stay here again though.

Clean, lots of room. Great bathroom, working shower. Very convenient location for the area we were in and you can get on a bus straight out the hotel. The staff were friendly. I liked the fridge being available.

The room was ginormous and very well appointed. Lovely tubes of shampoo and gel and nice soap in a dispenser. The quality of the furnishings was excellent The place had a quality feel and very well priced. Slap bang in middle of Woolwich so you fall out of bed and into a DLR national rail Elizabeth Line or 🚌. Only slight matters were staff photocopying my driving licence which made me feel uncomfortable. I see no need for that . The shower had rinse and overhead but was hard to get it more than Luke warm Intermittent reception in TV But overall great value and very comfortable. I would recommend it
