Everything was perfect! It was super easy to get the keys and to the room! Kate was really helpful and friendly to explain all the process for the check-in and the check-out! The room is really well located to visit the area!

The room was really warm, we had to open all the windows and this meant that you could hear all the traffic from the main road we were on and this started around 5am.

The apartment was amazing. So comfy and beautiful. In a very good spot. The park outside was priceless! The room was clean and very warm.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, couldn’t fault it. So clean and comfy with all the necessary facilities. Stayed Friday to Sunday, 4 female family members and we loved having our breakfast together in the lovely conservatory. This little gem is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and just 5 minutes into the town centre. The host was super helpful which was really appreciated. We’ll definitely be planning another stay!

I would have appreciated some sort of coffee machine and independent heating for the bathroom would have been nice but I just left the bathroom door open. Also a shelf or similar for sweaters etc. would help to keep the place tidy.

The location is ideal. Not far on foot from anywhere in Stratford. Very cosy with a comfortable bed and settee. Nice to have comfy carpeting.

Electric shower not the greatest, spoke to owner about it on leaving and they were going to have a look into it otherwise no issues, lovely place.

The only criticism would’ve been that the room was a little bit chilly! Could’ve done with a heater of some sort as the radiator didn’t give off a lot of heat at all. Other than that it was perfect!

It was a pity there were no comfortable chairs. I would have chosen a different room had we realised. It was a bit hot and airless at night! Lovely that it was so warm in the day, but hot at night.

A beautiful, cosy bolt hole for a wonderful weekend in Stratford. The apartment was lovely - super clean, so comfortable and with everything you need. We loved having the kitchenette to make tea etc. Things that made our stay extra special: the attention to detail, the gleaming apartment, the little decorative touches. It’s all so easy - nearby parking, a quick walk to the centre, lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. Five minutes max to walk to the centre and shops; no more than ten minutes to walk to the RSC. Most of all, we appreciated the care and friendliness of the Emerald team - we had the convenience of self check-in and yet they managed to make us feel so at home. When we come back to Stratford, we’ll definitely return!

The room was lovely bathroom great just a bit small to be comfortable when the weather is bad as it was no were to sit apart from the bed and that can be a bit much couldn't really relax
