We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomFood service at night time was very slow. Took over an hour. Being asked TWICE, if I had paid for the accommodation. Once when we got there, and then again when we left. I'd paid the balance before we got to the hotel. I found that very annoying.
The fact that it was close to the airport. We stayed here for the night when we returned from a holiday in Madeira. Room was cosy and clean and had everything we needed.

United KingdomCar parking charges! Used to be £5 per night, now £20! Usual notice in room saying if you want your towels changed put them on the shower floor. Didn't want my towels changed so left them hanging but when I returned they'd changed them and removed one of the bath towels but not replaced it! Despite these small niggles this is an excellent place to stay and we'll be back as usual.

United KingdomThe simple fact that 20 quid to park was excessive !...after expressing my dissatisfaction a member of staff gave me a code which reduced it to 10 quid ...so I stayed at your hotel, ate the hotel, used the bar then got nailed for parking !!

We skipped breakfast as we were too tired with arriving at about 2.45 am. The room was lovely & clean, the bed was so comfy. The guy on reception was really helpful & polite & explained about paying for parking. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you Holiday Inn.

United KingdomAs with most hotels the bedroom door isn’t insulated so you can hear people coming and going, doors closing etc. The air con unit was quite noisy.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Nice touch was an iron and a hairdryer. It is walking distance to the airport but the bus stops conveniently right outside which drops you off at the terminal. The bedroom was triple glazed which kept the outside noise to a minimum.

IndiaLocation -The hotel probably suits those travelers who have a flight to catch from East Midland Airport for others the location is "nowhere". Its away from city. Uber access is unpredictable. I couldn't find a store on walking distance so I had to be mindful of carrying eatables while coming back to hotel. Breakfast had very few basic things & surprisingly the menu was same throughout my 5 days of stay.
Friendly staff. They would offer you any help that you may need. Prompt efforts in making you comfortable. Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. Dinner was awesome.
