It's good for the price but breakfast could be better.

The breakfast was not very good with just a choice of eggs and toast for warm food and asda savers yogurts. The spring mattress was painfully in need of replacing. The location was very nice with the sea view being worth paying for but the reception and outside the rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. There is only WiFi in the reception but also no 4g, signal and the tv signal is not strong enough to watch tv with. The bathroom wasn't too bad and room size was good but I wouldn't want to stay here longer than a night or two to be honest and wouldn't pay for the breakfast in future. The doors outside the rooms also need fixing so they fit in the frame and are more quiet when people are coming onto your floor as they currently bang quite loudly even with the hinge thing attached that's meant to help them close more slowly but haven't been maintained.

Carpet on stairs was old, worn and in places stained with I don't want to think about what .. Curtains in room not blackout made sleeping past 5:30 difficult.

The entire hotel is in need of renovation. The stairs are particularly shabby with threadbare carpet.

Excellent location on the sea front and in the centre of town. Very well priced particularly as breakfast was included and included a choice of eggs and tea and coffee being served to table. Pleasant staff.

Breakfast too late at 8.30am

While i didnt have high expectations at such a low price my room was good. The Hotel is quite tired and the hall ways in need of some TLC. Breakfast is continental but does not start until 8.30 so i didnt have time to sample it. Good location on the front with on street parking which is free between 4pm and 10am. Its then £7.50 from 10am to 4pm if you need to leave your car parked during the day. As a lone business traveller i will certainly use again.

Carpet as you could see grippers underneath on the stairs and needs painting.

Breakfast was good for me as don't eat much in the morning. Bed was comfortable and clean. Stairs and hallway carpets were very scruffy. Walls needed painting.

We had issues with mobile netwrk connection so maybe wifi access in the rooms would had been great. The sink in washroom is considerably small as water tends to splat outside during usage One of the double bed needs tending Nevertheless we had a comfortable stay.

Checkin and checkout was smooth. Staffs are welcoming and nice. Breakfast was simple and homely fullfilling with basic items enough for a good start . Location is excellent, with all attractions close by. Room was big with two double beds. Multi tasking staffs seems efficient in every role.

The carpet on stairway was old and dirty and needed replacing The worst thing for me was the breakfast, . there was not much choice and no traditional " English " meal with bacon and sausage etc, The poached egg i had was disgusting as it was nearly raw and served on a cold plate so had to leave it Some noises from pigeons on roof above bedroom

the small room was generally clean and kept tidy , furniture . apart from the bed looked new but some maintenance was still needed tv worked well with good picture quality

Carpets and decor is a little 'tired'

The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine on 3 mornings, but on one morning we waited 50 mins to be served with a cold breakfast. The location is excellent, and our stay was generally very pleasant.

Areas are tired. You can hear a lot of noise from outside. There are no lifts, so if you are on the higher floors, there are a lot of stairs. Bar doesn't stock any shorts. Only wine and bottles of beer.

The location is brilliant. Clean and good value for money. Owners are currently upgrading rooms, and you can tell. Rooms are clean, and staff are pleasant. Rooms contain tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryers.
