Overall all the meals were good, however the monkfish dish was overcooked and a bit disappointing.

That my stay wasn't longer

Stayed here for my vow renewal ceremony I was having at Dunluce castle and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay. A few weeks prior to our stay I asked about getting my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. They took it upon themselves to call every cleaner in the area to see if anyone could do it. Long story short no one could do the quick 24hr turn around and the hotel manager arranged to have the hotel steamer in my room waiting for us at check in! This was just 1 example of many on how amazing the staff was. Our view in room 17 is to DIE for. Cute and unique esthetic of the place! Good breakfast choices and very yummy as well. Overall an amazing stay!

Excellent location, with great sea view. Very modern with free on street parking. Great breakfast wide choice from Ulster Fry to continental. Staff very professional and approachable.

A few minor gripes: bar fridge in the room didn’t work and nor did the room temperature control (neither was a big deal in the mild weather, but it added to an “end of season” feel). Not topping up the bottled water in the room on a daily basis seems a strange policy.

Location was great, and decor and styling excellent. Food in the bar and restaurant very good, if a little pricey. Breakfast was included and substantial.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern. We had originally booked the accessible room, but asked to change as it was a bit dark due to the window looking out into the hallway. No real daylight getting into the room. The staff were very accommodation and moved us without any fuss. Bar tenders were very accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast was cooked to perfection issue on first morning where my breakfast, out of party of three,, was forgotten/not ordered. Rectified and received a bit later and it was lovely. If Hotel insists on breakfast being served then more staff is required as when any item is needed by the customer then they are at the mercy of an already busy server. At least the cold or continental breakfast could be self serve. These issues let the Hotel down as breakfast experience doesn't match overall experience.

The only very small thing was that nobody checked to see if there was milk on our table for our coffee and tea so coffee was cold by the time the waiter returned. Unfortunately the hair dryer didn’t work either in our room.

It was quite hot in the room, and the window was too small to properly ventilate the room. The room was barely adequate for 3.
