There was no hot water at the property for showers in the morning and the door out to the balcony is broken. I think this needs to be fixed as a matter of urgency as it could fall on someone.

The location was excellent and having parking was good however the parking space that belongs to the property was occupied by someone else so we just parked right next door to it but maybe one to watch as it seems people are using that parking bay.

We woke on our first morning - and only full day -to discover we had no hot water. There were no clear instructions on our arrival that - if we required hot water - we needed to take any action. Also, the toilet in the ensuite bathroom flushed but did not drain off properly so we could not use it during our stay.

The parking was a little confusing but we got there in the end.

The apartment was spacious and very well appointed with comfortable beds and was in a good position with good eating places very close. Having a washing machine was a bonus.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property however finding the flat/car park was a real pain. The management company sent photos but they were so blurred they were really unhelpful. When I telephoned the company for help they didn’t answer. Basically the car park is directly opposite the apartment in an underground facility but it took us 40 mins to find it! If the location had been described using words not in a series of blurred substandard photos then it wouldn’t have been a problem. I would go to this place again now that I am clear about where the apartment/car park actually is but I think the management company could improve their communication.

The property is lovely and exactly as described. The little balcony overlooking the Marina is great. The flat is extremely comfortable, clean and well positioned.

On entering the block there was a smell as if the place needed a good clean On entering the apartment there was a similar smell like dirty drains A bit of bleach down the drains helped this (there was plenty of cleaning products) There was a very wet patch of carpet by the patio door which may have been contributing to the smell The hallway carpet looks like it needs a good clean too

We used the designated Seagate parking which was very tight for getting in. Once in ok but numbers for bay not clearly marked at all. Also exit shutter door failed to work on the red button on our key fob but did work on entry shutter door. There is a public car park close by. TV in second bedroom didn't work. It wasn't made clear that the flat screen tv in lounge was streaming only because aerial plug was fitted with no signal. We were planning to watch the football and had to rush out to view elsewhere.

Not really a moan, just an observation! Although the car park is free and handy to have, it is narrow that unless you have small car, it is a tight space getting in and out of the car park itself.

Location was fantastic, the apartment is spacious and clean. Love the view of the marina, lovely little restaurant that serves breakfast just downstairs and co op is also downstairs, everything is handy and lovely. Had a lovely stay

Unfortunately when we arrived at approx. 3:30, (the property availability was from 3pm in the information text we received) the keys were not in the key box, the contact telephone number supplied would not connect, I sent a text then we had a little walk around and checked the key box again about 15/20 minutes later to find the keys had then been left but no communication to this! We were a little disappointed by the delay and no contact 🙁

Fantastic location, apartment was lovely with great views. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, small Co-op supermarket on the ground floor. Plenty to do or see in the local area or go further afield by car, the Gower has some beautiful other beaches to visit. We walked to Mumbles enjoying a couple of pub stops along the way, then a taxi back was only £13.00.

Could have done with a sofa bed. It sleeps 4 but only 3 beds (one a double) a sofa bed would offer more flexibility for a group of friends.
