Great value if you are traveling in a larger group. The flat was very spacious and close to all the attraction and public transportation. Also, close to the tram that gets you to the airport! We arrived late, but self check in was available - which was great!

Time of check out was limited to after 10am and it was not convenient for us to store our luggage.

The property is clean and its surrounding area quiet and safe. There are bakery and small shop for meals. The reception is near the property and it was easy to get the keys.

Quite a warm apartment on the third floor in the summer weather, and the multiple layers on the windows stopped us from being able to get a through draft to cool the place down.

Incredibly spacious apartment in a great location that hasn't succumbed to mad fringe pricing, especially given there's parking included. Easily housed 6 adults comfortably for a long weekend, and could have spent longer. 2 sets of keys provided and able to open the building door from inside the flat so the group could easily split up. Walkable to city centre, or trains, trams, buses and (frequent) night buses available, with great cafes nearby (medo cafe strongly recommended by us!) and supermarkets.

What I did not like was the mis administration. The pictures were very misleading. The pictures made it look super when, in fact, it was not. The rooms were very basic, and when I say basic, I mean basic, the kitchen was tired, the door hiding the washer was hanging off, the surfaces were tired and damaged, there was and oven and grill that was really hard to understand as to its working, there was no modern items like coffee machine or air fryer, no oven gloves for use with oven. I would suggest that some blackout blinds are fitted in the bedrooms, one room was en suit with two single beds the other rooms had to use one bathroom which was quite strange, surely the double bed would be better in en suit. We paid just short of a thousand pounds for two nights , and the photos made it look outstanding, but sadly, it was not, certainly not worth the cost, and sadly, that tainted my experience, would I use again only if the price was dramatically reduced, also read the fine print, as I did not know about a £250 bond for damage

I liked where it was located, a short walk to the train station and a short walk to the eateries, it was pleasant.

There need to be some repairs in the en-suite bathroom and the towels could be better.

The space was lovely and the location very good. It was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location. The apartment was large and spacious. Super close to public transport. Located on a high street so there were plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries easily accessible. The host was very easy to contact during our stay. When I needed assistance with a portacot he rang me instantly at 6.30pm on a Sunday night to help.

One of the bedrooms was very small and had a fullsize bed in it. There wasn't any room to lay our suitcases or closet space.

It had a large family space for hanging out together.

It was great! Can't think of any issues!

The location was perfect since it was close to the train station and all the downtown amenities we could walk to or pick up the hop on hop off bus. The flat itself was a perfect size for our first few nights in Edinburgh. We missed having a living room area in our other accommodations during out trip throughout the country. The host was very helpful and friendly.
