Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaA railing on the left side of the entrance stairs would be great for ppl with a disability and the elderly. More lighting at the front and back entrance ways. The bed can be placed in a location where both adults can gst in and out with ample space on both sides
Location was great as it was just 2 minutes from an aunty's home. The decoration and colour cordination was impressive. We had the yellow n grey room and blue and grey room.

Clean homely accommodation, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good parking with a park permit. Tea, coffee, milk and cold drinks provided which was a lovely touch. We attended a gig at Piece Hall and this was a convenient place to stay The host was friendly.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say to improve is by adding a toaster. However, I managed to use the cooker/oven to toast so it didn’t impact negatively on my stay.
It was good value for money, parking was easy, the facilities were modern and clean. The host was friendly and the bed very comfy. Even when I accidentally slept in past check-in the host didn’t bother me nor was she upset or rude about it, which I much appreciate. I enjoyed my stay there and will be back! I really appreciated the “little things” such as welcome cards, the nice drinks included in fridge and the parking permit for free parking!

absolutely fantastic place....beautiful room in a beautiful building 10 minutes walk to town.....a totally livable self contained studio with everything including a washing machine....separate bathroom....all facilities new and well cared for and even a garden where I sat on the steps for a smoke with a nice wine....that's how much I liked it.....value for money doesn't cover it.....and Aisha even met me with the key...wonderful

This was my second stay at Edgerton Studios. Aisha the host is always accommodating and friendly. We received our keys through a lockbox, Aisha had sent us the details beforehand. Upon entering the property everything was neat/tidy/clean, there was a handwritten note from Aisha welcoming us, there was also a car parking permit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed e.g. pots/pans, cutlery, plates/bowls, cups, cleaning products, first aid box and a fire blanket. The other guests in the house were quiet as well. I will be returning to stay here. :)
