I also got a great price for my stay, which I appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work throughout my entire stay, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room, and despite having the electric heater on, the room remained very cold.

I stayed at this hotel for several days, and overall, I had a decent experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport such as the metro, trains, and buses, including a direct bus to the airport. This made getting around the city very convenient. I also got a great price for my stay, which I appreciated. If you’re not a demanding guest, I would still recommend this hotel for its location and value.

The daily cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. The beds were only shaken up pitifully. They were not vacuumed or mopped at all. (7 days stay) The bathroom was much too small at 1.2 square meters. Luckily there is a shared bathroom.

The location of the accommodation was great. The stuff there is friendly.

I didn't like my check-out experience. I had a traffic situation and it took more than I expected to get back  to the hotel. It was 36min delay for my check-out. I still  don't understand  why the urgency of taking my things out of the room I was in... The check-in is 15:00 The check-out is 10:30 But the fact I was robbed explains the situation. It was  my personal hygiene things, but they we're mine. They should not touch my things. The things they stole from me: - saline solution(my time in Paris was a little bit harder cause i was without it,  Im alergic); - the water that I bought; - my hair products (dry shampoo, aussie and frieda condicioner ) - soap I was so in shock that i didn't ask their names. The reception guy was a white, tall man and the cleaner was a short, blond woman. When I ask the tall white man about my things he went upstairs come back and said: " We could find , sorry" Woow  what a situation!!!

Bathroom located on the second floor (my room was on the first floor) - smell in the room.

Very low water pressure in the shower, more of a dribble when turning the hot water on.

The wifi never worked, at least not in our basement room - and wifi is quite important at a hotel. They restarted the router a couple of times, but I had a feeling that the knew it wouldn’t change anything.

It was hard to reach my bed, because of the other beds blocking the way, shower was leaking. Only one towel per peson.

I was upgraded and sent down into the basement where the WiFi didn't work very well. There is so little room in the bathroom, I had to sit side on to the toilet as there was no knee room between toilet and shower

The sink needs attention (foul smell). The ventilation may be improved, given the tinyness of the room.

The location is convenient, public transportation wise, and surrounded by nice coffee places and shops. The reception team is very kind. The facilities are clean, and the environment is quiet.

No lift. Broken microwave and fridge. Hole in the wall by the cabinet. Mold in bathroom. No good wifi reception on 3rd floor 7

Great location. 10 min walk to Victoria station and 3 mins from Victoria bus coach for day trips. Safe neighborhood.
