Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomEverything was fine except the noise from the guest upstairs exercising every morning/night jumping! If you are staying at the basement studios it’s just too loud & made the last lap of my stay miserable.😞 The passages carpets were also NEVER swept/cleaned the whole 2 weeks I was there which is a bit worrying but other than that, it was a-okay! Bins outside also a mess & at times scattered by the entrance!
Location - Conveniently close to the city centre either by walking (20mins) or Tram (5mins) away! Use of washing machine & dryer when needed!

Didn't need either though so not too much of a problem. Couldn't get through to the property owner when I tried to call on arrival as I couldn't open the lock box but once that was sorted all went well for the rest of the week

Straight forward to book, good price for a on the spot last minute booking, cosy room, clean bathroom, comfy warm bed with heating in the room, Owner was very helpful and saved the night since i didn't have a plug to charge my phone. Would recommend this hotel easily!
