It’s clean, in a great location and has a nearby car park. The staff are friendly and will happily look after your luggage if you arrive a bit too early for check in.

The rooms are compact but I was expecting this, however the room was very dusty, beds and bathroom were clean but because there are no tables and there was only 4 coat hangers on the wall we ended up having to place luggage on the floor which would be covered in dust when you lift it. Beds were also very hard, if I was there for more than 2 nights it definitely would have been a problem.

Location was good, room was economical and did the job. We were given early check in which was a plus as our flight got in early and we were tired.

The location in the city center is just great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room absolutely met my needs.

The window view was looking adjacent to the corridor and other peoples rooms which was slightly uncomfortable as people could look into my room. The AC was very faulty and temperature wise kept going up and down which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Initially booked a room with no windows and felt claustrophobic so asked for the possibility of changing to a room with a window. The nice staff were so helpful and changed it for me free of cost.

Looked like spilled make up on the floor from previous guests, unsure if floor was mopped before our stay.

The room we were placed in felt really run down in general, looks like woods starting to rot in the bathroom, a strange smell coming from the bathroom sink. There were stains in the corridor carpets. I have to add the member of staff who checked us in couldn’t have been any more unenthusiastic, really felt like we had inconvenienced her checking in. Disappointing first impression. We had to check out a day earlier, the lady at reception on check out was really lovely tho!

The location is pretty ideal, it’s good value for money. I have stayed with the easy hotel chain before so I was expecting it to be pretty basic and that’s expected with the lower budget prices.

It has to be understood that we are in our eighties, and these days totally unused to needing hotels of any sort. That said, we were very surprised to find that in our room there were just four items -- bed, small table, four coat hangers, TV. Particularly the absence of a chair seems to us bizarre. Probably we should have read your descriptions more carefully, but to have no sustenance on offer, not even a British cuppa, was disappointing. Inconsistently the toilet, having flushed properly, failed to stop refilling the cistern. We found that a little tinkering solved the problem, but at least one neighbouring room had water flowing, audibly, throughout the second of our two nights; we reported this before leaving.

The hotel was well situated. Our welcome was very friendly and efficient (Sophie). The hotel was clean, and we were impressed by the spotlessness of our room, particularly the en-suite. Taken in the round, our neighbouring guests were reasonably quiet. Traffic noise was very bearable.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, excellent shower. This place is exactly as advertised. Basic, clean and comfortable place to rest. No frills but clear about that from the outset.
