You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe balcony needs a small table. There is no fridge or USP charging points in the room. The flat-screen TV is very small. Room service was an issue - there was no menu in the room and conflicting information on how to order.
Contemporary interiors throughout the hotel and rooms. All was very clean. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and had a proper continental selection ie cheese and cold meats. Sunday's carvery was pure joy and all the desserts were delicious. They also offer room service. The bathroom had basic toiletries, a bath slip mat, a moveable shower head, and a grab rail. Comfortable bed and pillows (with protectors). Nice fluffy towels. Iron and board are in the room. The front sea view room had a great view from the balcony. The Artisan Restaurant, Vista Bar Café (managers and servers), housekeeping and front-of-house staff were very amicable and helpful.

United KingdomNothing to do with the hotel but there are some less than desirable areas if you go walking. We live on the Dorset coastline and it's exactly the same. Not sure why certain ppl are attracted to these areas but just be aware of your surroundings, if you decide to wander away from the seafront.

United KingdomWe were very disappointed that our room was not cleaned on Saturday and that we needed to report it to reception. Also, the bin in the bathroom was not emptied and there was no spare toilet roll supplied as the existing one was running low on the Sunday. Also, we had an evening meal in the restaurant on Friday evening and was disappointed with the dessert. We both had the apple and cherry crumble. However, I had 1 glacé cherry in my portion and my husband had no cherries. It should have been advertised as apple crumble.
The central location of the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel staff in the reception, bar and breakfast were very good.
