The only comment I would make would be the quality of the bread on offer could be improved.

The welcome was delightful and continued throughout our stay. The facilities offered were beyond those expected.

SPLITTING HAIRS… only minor points: I didn’t see any AC so might be a challenge in the hotter months. Gardens were overgrown, so not as pretty as in the pictures. Some flexibility with check in times would have been good.

Beautiful property. It’s 5 star hotel standard, not your typical B@B. All details thought about, from flapjacks on arrival to a torch to see in the dark if you go for a walk in the garden.

We were met by the owner to check in and given a tour of the accommodation. The room was very well equipped for an overnight stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here...you won't be disappointed! The choice on offer for breakfast was superb and my vegetarian daughter was delighted with being able to have several options...this is rare.

There is a beautiful winding staircase up to the bedrooms which was fine for us but could be difficult for some guests? Only improved I would suggest- a magnified mirror for people like me to do make up 😂

The location afforded a down hill walk into the village of Eccleshall. The room was spacious, warm and well decorated. Helen and Andy could not have been more helpful to ensure our stay was the best possible.

There is very little that could have made our stay any better. Any adverse comment is really outside the control of the owners and would be nit-picking. The car parking is at the rear of the property and out of sight.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Fresh milk and water was provided in the fridge and decent tea/coffee facilities were available. We specifically chose bedroom 2 with the bath and it did not disappoint. The hosts were welcoming, engaging and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding.

From the moment we arrived to be greeted with home baked flapjacks we knew we were in for a treat. Fantastic stay with lovely hosts and the best breakfast of our entire holiday. Would highly recommend!

Would have liked to know how many stairs there were to get to the bedroom before we confirmed as my husband is disabled and had some trouble getting up and down the stairs.

There was no breakfast included, Location was perfect, close to the village and in a beautiful setting.

We had a very warm welcome, lovely home-made treat (flap jacks)as well. Rooms excellent, very well presented, everything you need in the bathroom ( didn't really need to take anything other than tooth brush and paste). Oh the bed was really so comfy you melted into it. Breakfast was excellent.
