We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Both myself and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dwell on the Moor. The lodge was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and we enjoyed a walk into the village.

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn’t like! Although just a recommendation, with bringing our dog she brought a lot of mud in therefore a mop would’ve been helpful and some bin bags at hand for the extra rubbish. Also maybe a mat for the shower as it was a bit slippy!☺️
Was a fantastic stay! Me and my partner enjoyed it, had all the essentials and the area was lovely, brought my dog to, it was very pet friendly!

This was second time staying here and both times were excellent. Pods are lovely and have everything needed. Having a hot tub is icing on the cake.

United KingdomThere was neighbour with huge dog as I had been bitten by dog already few years ago I didn’t feel very comfortable when I was in hot tub and dog just came over a specially when owner tried to catch him and get him back but the dog didn’t listen him at all I don’t mind little or smaller dogs but this one was like little pig and was just free outside they pod I was really scared to walk around!!! Hot tub could have some roofing or anything so it can be annoying even when is raining a part of that it was Great and we had a great time thank you

Site is immaculate! Owners happy to help with anything. Lodge was spotless even with it being dog friendly. So many extras such as an air fryer, kids games and tea coffee and complementary prosseco. Can’t rate it enough 5* Dwell On The Moor - we can’t wait to return!
