Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Dawn is a great host. I was wandering from Ballintoy Dunluce Castle with a stop in Dunseverick. It‘s very small so there‘s absolutely nothing there. She offered me to buy some food, whatever I needed.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze! The property is beautiful and the room was extremely clean and very nice. The beds were super comfortable. Highly recommended! Super close to Giants Causeway which is an absolute do not miss.

Very welcoming host, Dawn gave us recommendations to the nearby places to dine and offered to get us some groceries for our upcoming stay for a reasonable fee, which was very considerate. Apartment was very nicely decorated and equipped with great attention to details.

The host is great. She went above and beyond what one would expect of a host. She helped get food into the property so that we could cook dinner for ourselves after we arrived. We were hiking, and she helped with the transportation of our luggage. She was fantastic.
