Good location, lovely room, friendly staff and nice breakfast

It wasn’t a problem for us, but the hotel doesn’t have a lift. Our bags were taken up for us by the wonderful manager that was on duty when we arrived. They do have rooms on the ground floor, so just specify if this is something you need.

The location was perfect, with parking very close. Able to walk everywhere easily. The actual building was beautiful, the decoration and furniture within was in keeping with the Georgian style. The best part however, were the staff. They were so helpful, friendly and polite; they could not have been more helpful. They are all an absolute asset to the hotel.

I missed not having a mini fridge in the room.

Loved the old time charm. Great location and the staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great and beautiful served.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Cannot fault anything with my stay .

All the staff were so polite and helpful and friendly. My room (small double) was perfect, on the top floor, lovely furniture, bed was so comfortable, lovely crisp white bed linen. Quiet area of Bath close to Holburne Museum but within minutes walk of Bath centre. Parking for £10 in the local churchyard. This is now my go to hotel in Bath.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay at the Dukes Bath. Conveniently situated and the ambiance matched perfectly with the edwardian theme of Bath. The staff were the most friendly people I have come across giving such a familiar and comforting approach. You should be really proud of the way you manage your property. Bravo 👏

I have nothing bad to say.

Brilliant place to stay, Everything about our stay was perfect the property was fantastic and is run by a lovely English family. Great breakfast, easy parking setup and we were also given a free room upgrade as they had a better room unoccupied during our stay. All the staff were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a classic English property to stay at whilst staying in Bath.

Not much really. The bar is not a staffed bar, so you need to get the concierge to get drinks for you from it. If you had a group of friends it would be nice, but not a place to meet people. The building is taller than most for three stories so the third floor is about six flights of stairs. They are very open about this, but it was further up than anticipated.

The room was very quiet and had a nice view of the hills and the rugby fields. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all things, including the recommending tours and restaurants. The breakfast was great, so much homemade and local items and as much as you want.

We had an amazing weekend in Bath and The Dukes hotel was excellent . Our room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. The hotel was in a prefect location, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bath, but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again in the future.
