Bit of a delay when we arrived as the entry code wasn't sent at the expected time. Then no one answered the phone the first time we tried, so we were about 15 mins waiting outside the property with impatient kids Also someone had a barking dog with them

Brilliant facilities and layout for a family of 5 (kids age 9,7,3) Comfy, such brilliant value for money we would love to stay again

The shower was an issue when you changed setting, the water would come out the bottom of the mixer bar. The sofa couch was fine but the little bit of wood at the bottom of the sofa fell flat when taking the sofa out

It was big enough for 4 adults and 3 children, having cooking facilities and a fridge was a bonus

No toiletries or hairdryer on arrival. This was delivered the next day and communication was good. One light by bed didn't work (bulb had obviously blown). The standard wasn't as high as I was expecting if I'm being honest, especially for a 3 night stay. A standing mirror would be useful for doing hair as there is no plug near bathroom (which has the only mirror) and there were a number of stains on the rug in living room.

The windows in rooms at the back of the property are very high up so it was a touch gloomy

No hot water for shower on the day of checkout No tea towel , complimentary milk, biscuits , coffee etc, just a few teabags I’ve stayed in many apartments, who usually provide this , as a nice gesture

The only issue was the sofa bed. There were three adults in the group and so necessary to use the sofa bed. However, we could not find a sheet for the mattress - although did find a duvet in one of the cupboards - and so had to improvise with both coats and a blanket from the car. There does need to be the provision to adequately accommodate for the number of people in the group and this was a little disappointing. However, the apartment was fine otherwise and in a nice location.

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a plug and mirror together for me to dry my hair but other than that not would definitely book again.

Very clean and well presented apartment. Excellent bathroom and shower with plenty of towels! Well equipped for our 1 night stay. Sofa bed in the lounge was a bonus for an afternoon nap in front of the tv. T

This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again, but there wasn’t a lot of crockery, even for the the 2 of us - for instance we only had 1 mug. But the rest of the kitchenette was fully equipped and stocked with everything that you need!

Super comfy bed and walking distance from all the main bars, restaurants and shops in the city centre. The building was quiet (couldn’t even hear the seagulls!) and the decor was modern and appealing.

People above were a bit noisy on one occasion and the bedroom had no windows but it was comfortable, beds were lovely! No parking and on street parking is only 4 hours so we parked in parkbee 5 mins away which was good value

The only criticism was that the heating didn't seem to be working the bedroom so it was quite cold compared to the living room that had the same thermostat settting.

Didn't get code for door until I was on the door step - a whatsapp was sent but I was expecting this so didn't see it. There were no bowls and no dinner plates! I had to eat my cereal out of a measuring jug. This was rectified once I saw the domestic staff on site later that day. Noise (children running) from above which was annoying.

Self-contained - had everything required for preparing a meal.

It was very cold despite increasing the temperature on the thermostat and one of the chairs had a wonky leg There is no breakfast as it is rented workhouse but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance

The property is centrally located and very near to Liverpool’s high street, train station and waterfronts, there is a bedroom and kitchen / living area (albeit the latter is down a flight of stairs)

The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck in the plug hole so that caused a little problem and the heating system was a little complicated

No sink plug. No coffee machine/cafetiere. No tea towel. No wine glasses. Insufficient plates etc for four people. only one dining chair and a stool - how would four be accommodated. Oven grill pan and rack dirty. No hand soap in the bathroom. Provided toiletries comprised one very small bottle of shower gel and equally small bottle of shampoo. Towel rail hanging off wall on one side. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels etc. Overall, the apartment was poorly equipped - it really let the whole place down with a general feeling of neglect. Website pictures of our apartment are totally different. We had small high-level windows in both rooms. Also dishwasher listed in amenities: there was not one. Advertised as serviced luxury apartments - no service offered during four-night stay. The Advertising Standards Authority may like to look at this company's on-line advertising.
