It was hard to find the address stated a building further up and until you selected a check in time you didn't get the code which we didn't realise so we found it quite stressful.

The amount of space is great there's several car parks local 2hrs for £25 and its very central.

i had a 1st floor apartment and could hear people either walking up the stairs or the floorboards in the room above. quite loudly.

The windows are a little small and not much of a view at the back of the building

The property was perfect for a short stay, well equipped kitchen, large shower in a up to date stylish bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom and a very comfortable King size bed. Great location with Liverpool 1 just a few minutes walk away. Handy supermarket next door, lovely and clean and no noise from the adjoining apartments although you can hear people passing by in the corridor.

The people above us were especially loud and stomping at 3am. Needs to have better cutlery, a tea towel and hand wash. Also need firmer pillows. That’s being picky because it was a lovely stay.

It was beautifully decorated, we have told so many friends how good the price was for what you get. Was spacious, access to heating/ aircon, facilities were very good and nice place especially if you’re planning on spending the evening in the apartment.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work and then the fans were provided however, no where to plug them in except at the bedside table. An extension lead would be helpful.

Late access info, no towels and fire alarm going off when people had a shower.

Location and size of apartment, had good facilities. Communication was professional and friendly.

I would improve the sofa bed is a little old and need to be fixed other thing that the flat needs is more cookware because don't have enough pots and pan. But the rest of one I don't have any complaints. Really we enjoyed there. The Internet working properly and we rest nice after all day seeing liverpool.

The location was very helpful and the people that I contacted to do the check in was very good and kind.

One of the toilets wouldn't flush. But we had 2 bathrooms so wasn't a problem.

There was some noise from the apartment upstairs but it had stopped by about 11 pm. Not the fault of Duke street townhouse just noisy neighbours.

The staff were amazing. Had a slight problem with the air con and they came and fixed it within minutes. So spacious. We had a split level apartment with two double beds perfect for myself and my two little girls. It was so stylish I was really pleasantly surprised as I managed to get it at a really good price.

The toilet flush did not work flawlessly) there was a stressful situation with the fire alarm, but this is not the owners' fault (most likely one of the guests was cooking something))

The room wasn't available at 3pm and had to ring for a code. Also had to ring for towels and no washing up liquid. However it was sorted except the washing up liquid.

Hotel was all you could ask for, except the A/C does not work. Asked hotel staff 3 times for a fan. They brought in maintenance the first morning and then zero communication on when it would be fixed. Asked for a fan and got a heater. In a week, the A/C was not fixed, no fan brought, even though 3 different people said they would bring one. If it were summer, it would have been unbearable. Luckily, it was a cool week for the most part

Spare bed in the sitting room was hard to pull out and the frame was actually damaged/broken. Toilet didn't flush properly so with kids it was a nightmare, luckily we were only staying 1 night.
