There was some noise from the apartment upstairs but it had stopped by about 11 pm. Not the fault of Duke street townhouse just noisy neighbours.

The staff were amazing. Had a slight problem with the air con and they came and fixed it within minutes. So spacious. We had a split level apartment with two double beds perfect for myself and my two little girls. It was so stylish I was really pleasantly surprised as I managed to get it at a really good price.

The toilet flush did not work flawlessly) there was a stressful situation with the fire alarm, but this is not the owners' fault (most likely one of the guests was cooking something))

Hotel was all you could ask for, except the A/C does not work. Asked hotel staff 3 times for a fan. They brought in maintenance the first morning and then zero communication on when it would be fixed. Asked for a fan and got a heater. In a week, the A/C was not fixed, no fan brought, even though 3 different people said they would bring one. If it were summer, it would have been unbearable. Luckily, it was a cool week for the most part

Spare bed in the sitting room was hard to pull out and the frame was actually damaged/broken. Toilet didn't flush properly so with kids it was a nightmare, luckily we were only staying 1 night.

No washing up liquid and it could of done with a more thorough clean, sheet on bed was stained and got a plate out that was dirty.

The only slight grumble I have would be the shower tray, it filled up with water very easily which spilled over onto the floor but there was no bath matt to lay on the floor only the hand towel... which in hindsight isn't a massive issue really is it!

Great instructions prior to arrival, easy access, always someone at the end of the phone or whatsapp message. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again

Hallway access to the accommodation was very hot and stuffy , could do with some ventilation or air con.

Location to city center and other venues very good. Clean and tidy . Perfect at home experience. Very secure location more than enough room for a longer stay. Would stay again. Used carpark at back.Parr road carpark very secure and good value

Air con did not work on our arrival , staff were with us within an hour to explain a central fault had taken out all air con in the building.

Location was perfect for centre of Liverpool, but enough distance not to be noisy.

Could be a bit bigger in terms of space but not too much of a fuss.

The property was in a perfect location, everything is close by and easy to reach. The inside of the rooms were very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Giving a very homely and warm feeling.
