We asked for a ground floor flat due to mobility issues - however the main living room and the bathroom (and extra toilet) were only on the first floor. Not a total issue for us as our party was able to take the steps slow. There accommodation held 15 people however there was only a couch inside that sat 2 people (3 if smaller!) on in the living room and a hard back chair. Thankful we were a hen party so a lot of younger people who sat on the floor.

The location of the accommodation made the activities we planned easy to get too. We were able to have an earlier check in facilitated by the accommodation people - however we were only able to secure this closer to the date (day before or 2 days before). There was enough space for 15 people to sleep comfortably and there was even pull out beds in if required. The beds were across 3 floors so gave us all space. We enjoyed the outside area and thankfully due to the sun being on our side - we were able to make use of this space in the morning and in the evening.

The heat, no Air Con - made for an uncomfortable night as the room was too hot from the minute we walked in. Thanks fully was there just 1 night.

Size and layout were great. Location was excellent for our city visit.

The heat in the apartment was over bearing. We had a cooling machine but it did nothing to ease the temperature within the whole apartment. It is a shame as we would go back if it wasn’t for this.

Central location. All the staff really friendly and helpful. We even met the owner who was so nice to speak to. Apartment was clean and perfect for our stay.

There are no natural windows in there at all and a Perspex style roof when the weather was hot it was unbearable! They did provide air con unit and a fan but it still wasn’t enough. The bathroom door downstairs didn’t close over properly so you couldn’t close or lock it! This is my only dislike

There were minor scuffs to the walls, and minor staining on the carpets etc. But you would have to be actively looking for them to notice. The fire exit sign light by the door was very bright - when all lights were turned off at night, it was still relatively bright in the apartment.

Very central location, within walking distance of everything. Good shops nearby. The apartment is comfortable, and is well presented. It was fantastic value for money. It was very spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked.

The room we had, had no windows and it was a hot day so the room was a bit hot but they do provide a small ac unit which helped just a little bit.

The balcony over the living room is a good touch, the rooms were nice and the staff and cleaners were also really nice.

We were only able to get Radio Channels on the TV, although maybe our fault in not iunderstanding the controller ! ... also the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken and falling off

a nice apartment, very well located to the centre of Liverpool, great bars and restaurants in the area too. The apartment was clean and tidy and well appointed, with an Ensuite shower room, and a further bathroom, a small kitchen and atrium style lving area with sofa bed.

The mattress was slightly uncomfortable as 2 separate mattresses pushed together but not awful. There was also very loud music being played until 5am in another apartment which meant very little sleep.

Apartments were clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. Far away enough from hustle and bustle but not too far to walk to wherever we needed to go

blinds in our room didnt cover the whole of the window leaving a gap at the bottom at head height through which people could see in. Noise from the establishment next door and the people going up and down the street was loud. did not want to open the windows in the room due to them literally opening on the street and being right next to a designated smoking section.

apartment was a good size and came with everything we needed for the overnight stay. staff were very polite and friendly on the phone.
