Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The Property was in the countryside in a peaceful setting. The host Angela couldn’t do enough for my father and mother in-law to help celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were very well impressed the studio. Nothing was too much afternoon tea and breakfast was to a very hay standard., especially as everything was home-made. They both would highly recommend a stay at Dromore House.

The host is lovely and does everything to make the stay pleasant. Breakfasts are fantastic, great choice and everything is made fresh. Have been several times now and would recommend it to anyone as a great place to stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. The house itself had so much charm and there was a crackling fire burning when we came back at night. Breakfast was splendid and so was the tea and cookies. This b&b made our Northern Ireland trip and we would 100% stay again!
