None to be honest. I wouldn't complain about anything.

Lovely location. I managed to take a drone footage of the property and it was beautiful. The rooms and the washrooms were luxurious and well maintained. The location is 3-4 mins drive to the area with restaurants. One could simply walk around with beautiful views of the loch.

Dave was very welcoming when we arrived. Linda suppled a great breakfast. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Good views of the Loch from bedroom windows.

The toilet was very dark and I don’t like red ring showers

Just a normal breakfast tea and toast. Sorry no porridge which in Scotland is a number one choice

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed

A warm welcome. Clear and friendly tour of the accommodation. 8-10 minute walk to town centre. Beautiful location with view of the loch.

Shower are a little weak, and Ullapool does not have enough eatery for the tourist trade, especially when a cruise ship arrives.

Accommodation is located just before you enter Ullapool, rooms are well supplied and comfortable. Two levels of breakfast are available both lovely.

Property ok. Breakfast was disappointing, definitely not deluxe as described. Continental breakfast was cereal and toast with a very large selection of open jars of jams and spreads. Individual jars of jam on our table were months out of date. It’s a good clean and tidy place to stay in a good location but don’t pay extra for the breakfast. Eat in town.

It has all the facilities for a guest house, but do not expect anything super fancy.

nicely located at the loch and very close to Ullapool. Owner was super friendly and helpful.

Asked for two single beds but received a double bed and the lock to the front door NEEDS looking at. When raining no protection when TRYING TO PUSH THE COMBINATION and also one jambs fingers when existing

Lochview was up for sale when we stayed so there was some problems. There was no breakfast available and we were supposed to have been advised of this but weren’t. We did get a refund though which was good and unexpected. David the host was obviously doing his best to run the place and was very accommodating. The entrance is a coded key pad into a reception. The door has a dodgy lock fitting and care needs to be taken as it’s easy to catch your hand on it. David makes you aware of it. Shame really the views are spectacular from the conservatory where breakfast would have been.

The views and location were superb. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated very modern a good size and spotless.

Although not booked the breakfast was not available due to staff emergencies? this was unfortunate as food in Ullapool is very expensive and hard to obtain apart from at Tesco to take away

Compared to other guesthouses we've stayed in during this holiday, we thought the accommodation was over-priced, especially considering breakfast wasn't included.

Showers with an electric system having a very low water pressure.

Nice location with view on the loch, and with private parking. Ullapool centre is then accessible by foot.
