Very, very small room. Only stair access. Very small breakfast room, so small we missed breakfast as we couldn't get in twice so didn't bother trying the other two mornings we were there. Could hear other guests and people walking up and down the stairs at all times which didn't feel very private.

Good location between two tube stations, both less than 10 minute walk and also walking distance from coach station.

Tired Hotel. Small with minimal facilities. Variety of eating options at breakfast small. Room tiny as was shower room. Very expensive for what was provided imo but I understand it was a busy busy weekend in London with CL final etc.

The bedrooms and bathroom were quite small in size, with very little room to move around. No wardrobes, just a few hangers hanging from a rail, and there wax no other storage. TV set was very small and almost impossible to watch with any clarity. Tea making facilities were on a very small shelf fixed to the wall.This could be quite dangerous as the kettle was on an angle and could easily be knocked over in passing as there was very little room to get by.

Rooms were spotless and the hotel very well maintained with modern decor and furnishings and very comfortable beds.

London- expensive price for basic room, and stains on carpet and curtains. Room at top of building, so many stairs. Very small double bed, a bit more like a large single.

Very convenient location for event. Basic, fair accommodation. Bedding clean and crisp. Ensuite petite, but well presented. Breakfast simple menu, friendly staff at desk and on duty.

The breakfast time, they must open earlier, and also breakfast is too simple, it doesnt have protein.

The toilet and the shower which are separated and too clean, also they are bigger than other hotel rooms have. The location of the hotel near Victoria station and undergroud.

No lifts - so you have to carry your luggage up old victorian staircases.

Reception staff very helpful. Single although small was extremely clean and all facilities I needed for 1night. Vacated before breakfast served.

We stayed only one night, everything was fine. Just the breakfast was poor and my daughter was disappointed as she doesn’t like sweet breakfast. 😁

Breakfast very basic, not much options. Cooked breakfast would have been ideal. Railing to very top floor could have been better considering the narrow curve of the stairs. No more pillows available when asked. Bathrooms facilities not offering much room to maneuver.

Booking was slightly wrong. I booked for family of five but when booking went through it got changed to family of four. They didn’t have five person room first night we stayed. After that night they were able to fit us in quint room
