Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room wasn't what I would consider a £90 room. It wasn't as clean as I'd expect, there was in-complete maintenance and small touches such as having a TV but no remote let it down. I have been told it has recently changed hands and is under new management so would expect over time all these to be rectified to bring the standard up.
Staff were very helpful and kind, very easy to check in and they were great at giving us advice on where to eat etc. The bar attached was responsibly priced and it is in a great central location in the town.

Was attending a wedding and the accommodation wasn't far from the venue, only half hour from airport so ideal location room was average size but was only using it for sleeping. Breakfast was in the adjourning cafe excellent, didn't sample the restaurant in pub no chef
