We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI found that at breakfast some tables weren't cleared particularly quickly and some lacked cutlery, juice glass, etc. food was nice but fresh fruit (melon) and greek yogurt seemed to run out quickly and not topped up. Plenty of other options for breakfast.
Close to the town, short walk to all places of interest. Just round corner to train station.

Good-sized room. Nicely furnished. Shower was easy to use and had good pressure. Free off-street parking. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Stratford-upon Avon and several good places to eat. Lovely grounds. Adaptive re-use of a former hospital. Has a lift as well as stairs. There is a bar and dining room on site, but we didn't use them.

Bathroom extractor not strong enough, snug bathroom, would have preferred more space in a shower cubicle , we didn’t have a bath and it appeared to be narrow which made the over bath shower feel like a small space
Great room 431, nice quiet location at the end of a corridor. Unusual shaped room, spacious and airy unfortunately no window in bathroom and extractor didn’t cope with steam very well. Comfortable bed and chairs, tables and plenty of extra lamps in the room. Clean bedding and towels.

Empty cups and glasses and an empty glass rose bottle and a kettle just left lying around the 2nd floor corridor on the floor for our entire stay was even there the morning we checked out.
