We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe price did not include parking which I thought was a bit rubbish as really it is only £16 but for guests coming to stay and using the hotel it should be free. Annoyingly the curtains did not close enough and so in the morning with the specific location of the window adjacent to the bed, it meant that sunlight shone on my face in the morning, waking me up.
The location is excellent, by the Braydford, easy to get around Lincoln from. The room was spacious and the bed was big. It was clean and well presented. Nice welcome from the staff with warm cookies on arrival.
