We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We had an attic room which was very querky! The view was spectacular as the hotel is set up the hill from Bath town centre anyway and then we were three floors up. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and tastefully furnished

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bath. Friendly staff & good breakfast. This trip was for a 40th birthday & they kindly agreed to put up birthday decorations for arrival that I had delivered to the b&b, nice touch! My wife loved the stand alone bath in the Slava room & it had a nice view of the city from our window. Overall enjoyed our stay and I would recommend

United KingdomIt was a bit of a walk into town but really only 15 minutes so not a problem for most people. However, if you do have mobility problems maybe book a cab to return- the return walk is uphill at times.
Dorian house was a lovely place to stay; really friendly, helpful staff, tasty breakfasts and clean room. There was a lounge that guests could use with an honesty bar with wine, beers etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Lovely touches like the umbrellas to use by the door, the complimentary salts/scrubs. The free parking was a bonus.

United KingdomWow, this B&B completely exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful building, well decorated and feels homely. The staff are just amazing they can’t do enough to make sure you have everything you need and they clearly know the city extremely well. Their recommendations were a hit every time. Particular thanks to Brad for recommending the salamander for a roast dinner. The breakfasts are plentiful, cooked to order and tasty. Location is great, short walk into central bath. We didn’t use our car the entire weekend. The little touches are what makes this place. Thanks for a lovely stay, we’re already thinking of excuses to come back.

On site free parking was great, a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre made it best easy to get around. The facilities were amazing, very comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing, very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Morning breakfast was excellent.

Location to Bath is wonderful, staff is warm and friendly. Bedroom # 10, bottom floor, is stunning, updated and spotless. Bed very comfortable and this room even has a bespoke private patio. The shower has very strong water pressure as well. Overall just a warm welcoming atmosphere which would be an excellent base for exploring not only Bath, but all throughout the Cotswolds. Plenty of parking available. Also offered is an honesty bar which is very convenient. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again while in Bath.
