We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomtv is in the completely wrong place in the bedroom so you can’t sit in bed and watch it :( corner light didn’t work either. dinner was also disappointing. I ordered a burger and for £19 it was overdone with no taste. When explained to the waitress, there was no reduction of bill or gesture. left paying the full bill and not very happy.

Great facilities, the 18m swimming pool is impressive for a hotel and the bedroom very spacious, clean and comfortable.

I’ve arrived early at many hotels & been allowed to enter room if it’s ready, & this one was but I couldn’t, I had to busy myself doing other things, not a good start to a break, poor review for an otherwise good hotel.

Our time here was amazing, from the room to the food, the facilities were great, staff very helpful and pleasant. I genuinely have no complaints, would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone my partner has the most amazing birthday, she was so happy and so was I. I can't thank everyone enough.
