I Liked that the staff were very friendly explained everything for me so I knew how to get in and out of the hotel great service the location was in a great place to 15 min walk to the arena I enjoyed my stay definitely be going again

Sensor light and fan in bathroom stayed on a lot even with the door closed. Wiping the sensor with a towel made it go off properly. Sensitivity needs adjusting.

Full of contractors and no tea making facilities in room. Was nothing like it advertised on booking.com and also if you were big you would struggle to sit on toilet in onsuite as sink is in way.

The staff were so helpful and cheerful, they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I felt very secure in my room.

The room was a non-smoking room, yet it smelt quite smokey when we walked in. Had to open the window to air out the room.

The beds were really comfortable. Made for a decent night's sleep.

Staying at the top of the house with no drinking water or tea facilities was a little unexpected and uncomfortable. The noise from the late nightclub below first night and then a car alarm second night made the stay a little less comfortable.

The staff and bedroom were a plus for this property. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I would stay again.

No kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the sink was in the bedroom rather than the bathroom.

The TV had netflix, you tube,etc aswell as normal channels and the beds were comfortable.

I would have liked a kettle in room and a wee light , rather than just the main light would have been nice.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and good shower. Staff were lovely and helpful. I think it was well worth the money. My room was cosy and nicely furnished.

I haven’t any soap or shampoo in bathroom. First time I got the hotel without detergents.

Good price and kind personality . Room was really nice and light, comfortable warm and soft bed, nice table with mirror, shower has smart gadget with hot water. And bus stop in front of the hotel which made me really happy.

Was unsure about Parking, parked on a back street with basic fence around. Car was safe but was informed by owner a couple of vans broken into night before.. Limited space 2 or 3 cars

Presently surprised situated above a Pub,not my usual type of stay as I use Premier Inn but for value great locals friendly, Room very basic bed very comfortable, Ideal for a quick stop over in sheffield
