The main door to the building, accessed by a door code, was very stiff and required a forceful shove by a strong shoulder. Had I been travelling by myself I wouldn’t have been able to access the building. Once inside all was fine.

Sofa bed linen was not great - had to find it and not sure when it was last laundered

Key safe's need some attention - seemed to open without code and unable to lock keys away properly on leaving - seemed to be an issue with all apartments as on arrival keys were on show for 3 or 4 apartments

Arrived early and the room was ready. Was comfy and spotless!! In a fab location too. Perfect for a lovely weekend away! Tea and coffee and a teapot as well!! Messages replied to really quick too!

We paid for parking on site, which was perfect but when we came to leave the instructions said we had to enter the code to open the gates but there was no key pad on the inside of the gate. The gates do not open automatically when a car approaches, to leave. Eventually I had to walk round to the outside and enter the code on the entry key pad so my wife could then drive the car out. Not sure how a single person would make an exit from the car park!

Wish the bed could have been a little more comfortable (back problems so personal preference) and the water pressure was a bit low in the shower.

The location and security was superb. Gorgeous views out to the river. The decor was stunning and the owners were fantastic at communication. We had everything we needed. Definitely recommended.

Sleeping right bang next to the kitchen area & so not having a bedside table on one side. Tiny, impractical bathroom basin.

Super location - close enough to everything but quiet too. On site parking was particularly high on our list.

The apartment had everything I needed. It was clean and compact. I had a great night sleep. It was close to bars and restaurants and a great walk along the river. I parked in the car park away from the property and it was just £6 overnight just a few minutes walk. Would stay again felt very safe and secure,

Key system is a touch confusing especially if you're parking on site. Water pressure in the shower is dire.

Comfortable with a surprisingly good kitchenette, great for longer stays.

Bath towels a bit small. Could have done with basic instructions on operating microwave, shower (had an unusual heat adjustment) and room temperature control. All minor, but meant as constructive criticism.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and really well equipped. The views of the river were a bonus too. It was the perfect location for running in the marathon.

Not having adequate facilities for disabled people. e.g. having to climb stairs, etc.the accommodation wasn't clearly signposted to find.

The apartment was clean, & nice & spacious. It was very good as it felt very welcoming to newcomers.
