We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAmazing location- 5 minute walk from the beach, playground and cafes. Close to reception and the site entrance meaning it was easy to get out and explore. Lovely decking and furniture to enjoy the morning sunshine. Modern interior with fantastic kitchen facilities. We will most definitely be back

United KingdomShower brilliant. Property warmed up quickly when needed. Cosy quiet lovely place. Parking good. Good WiFi. Clean van, Bedrooms and bedding spotless. Living area good size. Although I didn't have a dog I am a doggy lover and expected some doggy hairs and doggy kisses on windows so not a problem. I couldn't find the hoover though.

United KingdomNetwork was really bad for us and no WiFi. I would suggest you check with your network provider if the network is accessible. It was not so bad as the caravan had DVD player and kids' favourite movies to watch on quite nights. The toilet was not flushing most of the times but we just had to improvise. The owner explained the cause of the issue, though.
Lovely caravan, close to seaside and all amenities. Caravan had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner easy to contact and quick response.

Perfect for a stroll into Prestatyn town & with easy access to other locations such as Llandudno either via car, bus or train. We had a fabulous time & would definitely book again. The location was great not far to all facilities and shops. The caravan is lovely and clean, and the owner couldn't be more helpful. Great that you can take your dog along.

United KingdomDidnt like the fact that there was no hoover because just as we got there the park had cut the grass and we had to deal with the mess for the entire stay and the brush supplied was not adequate to clean up the grass.
Caravan was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Little garden at the side was very helpful with our 2 dogs. The dog treats were a nice touch. Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Prestatyn and you have a dog or dogs. Paul is very helpful and explains everything very well.

Lovely modern caravan with nice comfortable interior. Lots of utensils provided for cooking, playing games and just chilling out around the caravan. Great location being so close to the beach, and very peaceful holiday park in general.
