if there was 4 adults it might be a little tight in the lounge area if you were staying in for the night

beautiful building . the apartment had all you needed and a great coffee machine . there was pods , milk , juice and cakes on arrival . the beds were comfy and lovely showers and an out door patio …not that we used it in March . location was fantastic to the beach

We have a young family (2 and 4), the host has provided the cot but there is a set of stairs inside the apartment just means we need to close the doors for each room we are in with the 2 year old. But no big trouble really.

Beautifully decorated to a very high standard, really thought through the details. You have everything you need and beyond. Sometimes you feel designers for beautiful places have actually not lived there themselves. This one is totally different! Can't recommend high enough. The kitchen was very well stocked including a set of delicious cakes. Surrounding area is also lovely and beautiful, parking was very straight forward. It was a warm weekend, a fan was provided promptly once we asked for it. We had a very happy stay !

The only thing I could think of to improve would be a hairdryer (unless there was one and I didn’t find it!) otherwise perfect!

Absolutely stunning apartment with every detail thought of from cake and orange juice to board games. Spotless throughout and great facilities. Dishwasher, washing machine, high chair, TV in every room! Beautifully decorated and styled, we were genuinely amazed how gorgeous it was! Definitely would return and recommend.

Breakfast available at associated Rowntree Cafe a few yards away. Staff really helpful. Superbly equipped apartment and immaculately clean. Great facilities for cooking/meals. Very convenient for beach, town centre and walks.

Host bubbly enthusiastic and couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Apartment was immaculate, stylish and luxurious. Attention to detail was amazing, great coffee machine, TV heating brand new and easy to use. Furniture and fittings felt like great quality. Total treat 5 star luxury experience. The location close to the sea and a beautiful townhouse, uplifting.

Nothing - it was all excellent

Derwent House Apartments are beautifully styled and furnished with everything one could possibly need. Comfortable beds, attractive decorative accessories, coffee table books, board games and every catering need met. Quality extras include first class Toiletries , Nespresso Coffee Machine, In House wine list to purchase from and all within very comfortable and luxurious surroundings. Easy touch control heating, State of the art TV's and Audio equipment. Easy on street parking in a safe and controlled zone. Located in an attractive residential area but within easy walking distance of the Seafront, Espalanade and Gardens, Town Centre and all local amenities. Excellent communication with hosts and greeted on arrival to introduce us to the apartment and facilities.

In all honesty - I cannot fault my stay at Derwent House and even Storm EUNICE did not interfere with my trip. I felt safe and secure at all times. What I did not like was leaving Scarborough - there is still so much to see and explore. I am already looking forward to a return trip !

It was great to have the attractive and welcoming cafe facilities close by and the coffee was delicious. The apartment was of the highest quality and the attention to detail was second to none. Nothing had been left to chance and the level of comfort, equipment and furnishings were exceptional. Proximity to the town along the beautiful sea front and access to the varied amenities in Scarborough ensured that as a first time visitor I was enchanted by everything that was on offer. I cannot fault the service and support received from everyone associated with Derwent House. I loved every moment of my stay - Thank You!

Just 100 metres from the cliffs overlooking the spectacular bay. Beautifully renovated apartment in a gorgeous early Victorian building. Super comfortable, beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything you could need the hosts had thought of!

One of the girls cut her finger on the hand held shower head in the front bedroom(non en-suite)needs replacing.

Everything but lack of clothes space in the bottom bedroom.Enjoyed the cake 👍

Probably just that 2 of the bedrooms couldn’t facilitate a wardrobe etc for clothes I was back and forth a bit but not the end of the world
