Family room could do with an extra lock on the door when you have toddlers that can unlock and open doors its a bit of a nightmare. Pool area not very clean and pool was cold.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Family room tired looking but that is great when you have small children because you don't need to worry about them "disrupting" the room. Breakfast was nice plenty of choice.

It was very dated and is looked long over due an update. Very tired looking inside and needs a good modernisation. Toilet in room didn’t flush properly and then went to the pool , found the one in changing rooms didn’t either.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whilst the interior is a little dated the facilities are good, the location is good, and as I mentiojed the staff were really brilliant.

The kettle took forever to boil. The iron was dry not steam, even though it had images of steam on cotton/ linen. Wasted some brain cells wondering how to get water in! Took about 20 mins to iron out a new shirt (straight out the packet) by flicking water onto it. There was no USB charging ports. Breakfast area sofa seating i sat on had stains. Not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms as can hold dirt.

The executive king room was very warm, spacious, with a roomy bathroom that had a bath with shower and a seperate shower cubicle and a very comfortable bed. The room temperature was easily controllable, and got to 25 degrees quickly. Sadly i did not get to use the spa so cannot comment, but loved the fact it was there.

Room was good but due to the proximity to major traffic routes there was some traffic noise. Perhaps triple glazing may help. External cooling unit was bit noisy. Breakfast was good, however, there should be more facilities for people with allergies such as plant based yoghurt. To many cigarette butts laying around the terrace to the rear of the dining area. Restaurant was a little pricey particularly side dishes. Swimming pool and sports facilities were good but perhaps there needs to be better facilities for disabled people.

Staff were well mannered and always willing to help. Room was clean as was the hotel. Parking included. Easy access to main routes. Good bar and seating area. Nice terrace. Good restaurant/breakfast room.

when ordering dinner the steak was sent back twice because it wasn't cooked the way we asked, the pudding was more like a pie

Rooms are quite out dated and items were not where they were listed. Shower in suite only ran at boiling hot but there was two showers soo it wasn't an issue

The room had a lovely balcony but did not open. Felt a bit claustrophobic and unsafe due to fire risk.

The stay was comfortable, clean, friendly and not a good price. Evening meal and breakfast was outstanding.

The breakfast was tasty however the plates were too hot to touch. The water in the spa pool was not very warm The sofa in the room was dirty underneath with false nails coins etc

I felt the cooked breakfast was not great. The tomatoes tasted strange, the bacon was all stuck together, hash browns soggy and the sausages did not look appealing. I didn’t have one as they looked cheap meat and were overdone

The room was perfect for our needs, spacious and a very comfortable bed. I liked the pool and it looks lovely in the foyer when you come in

At breakfast I chose a window table and was told to move as those tables were for evening diners. My partner got held up on a long business call and was told in no uncertain terms that he was late by a member of the breakfast team. Plenty of other hotels in the area next visit.

The pool and changing area a little tired with steps that you don't usually see. Still an enjoyable time spent in the pool.

The staff made this venue. All very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jose who kept the children entertained.
