Keysafe was in a bit of a strange place (in the car park). Netflix advertised wasn’t available (not really an issue)

Location was really good. Pretty central but still quiet. Bed was really comfortable and there was a lot of room. Communication with property manager was very responsive and supportive. Deposit returned quickly.

Although we booked the apartment for 6 persons as stated in our Booking.com confirmation, they didn’t prepare the apartment for 6 persons but 5. When I asked them they told me that we should have notify them. I don’t think it needs further clarification that we are going to be 6 persons if the booking is made for 6 persons. Also they stated that they had hairdryer in the apartment description and there wasn’t one. When I asked them if they have a hairdryer they said they don’t have one because of theft incidents. However, it should not be stated as part of the amenities of the apartment if there isn’t one in my opinion.

Large family party spread across several flats as we all attended a family wedding nearby It turned out to be an ideal location and arrangement The Team were very flexible and spontaneously kind around out departure arrangements which were a bit staggered I would recommend highly The flats are large and off v good accommodation a walk from the town and with parking

Although word-for-word the key collection instructions are correct, they could be improved by stating that the keys are in the car park. Also, the property could do with a bit of TLC. The carpets are stained/burnt, door handles are falling off and latches don’t work. There was also the smell of smoke on arrival, but after speaking to host, I don’t believe they knew about this.

A few things needed attention, not lamp shade in main bedroom and quite dusty on top of mirror in ensuite also a build up of dust on head board. Lamp fitting near kitchen was hanging off, needs attention. All other aspects were good.

Very noisy location, right opposite a pub. Music going on until 1am Friday and Saturday. Decor was tired. The shower above the bath was either boiling hot or freezing cold. It appeared clean, but on closer inspection was very dusty on skirting boards etc. Security was an issue, the main front door into the building wasn't always shut properly, meaning anyone could walk in. The door to the flat was just like a normal internal door and had to be locked with the key. Otherwise, anyone could have walked in. Whole flat smelled as of it had been smoked in.

Very spacious. Comfy beds. Good shower in one ensuite room. Good central location. Easy check in and check out.

Entrance to the apartment not so clean, apartment is on the top floor and no lift others will find it difficult to carry up their luggage, shower on the other room not working, no fan on the other room, overall a bit tired and needs updating

The dishes, utensils, pots and pans were not good. Cheapest stuff I've seen in a furnished apartment. Plus they were beat up and dirty. The single skeleton key was a bit of an inconvenience for my wife and I as someone needed to be at the apartment to let the other in. The parking for my apartment (#13) was impossible to fit in. It was literally smaller than my rental car. TV channels were limited if you're used to having cable. You can't control the thermostat. However, a simple call to DerBnB fixed it for us.

Great location. You can get to anything in the city in less than 20 minutes on foot. Tons of great restaurants within 5 minutes. And the price per day was HALF of the Holiday Inn by the mall (with almost 3X the space). No brainer. DerBnB is always a reliable company to rent from. Despite the issues listed below, overall the place was nice and I will be staying there again. Hopefully, DerBnB will read the dislikes and try to remedy them, though.

The parking area was behind the apartment and was unsafe at night due to a homeless person who had set up camp in the covered area between the apartment and the car park.

The parking was tight and the allotted spaces were not available on arrival, it was resolved but a frustration when cold, wet and tired. The lockboxes were not well lit and since it was dark on arrival that was problematic. I had booked three apartments and had been sent the codes for three lockboxes - but it was not immediately obvious which code was for which box. Trial and error sorted it out but again in the cold, wet and dark it was frustrating. Inside an apartment some of the fitting were looking a little tired - but some had been refurbished and the others were down to be done, so that comment is probably out of date by now.

The apartments were bigger than I'd anticipated and the host was exceptionally helpful. I'd booked three of them and all were very pleasant. The facilities were great and it was perfect for what I required. There were a few things I needed to call to resolve - but the calls were always answered quickly and pleasantly and the information / guidance provided very quickly resolved and problems
