Alan and Pam were so welcoming. We had a little welcome pack for our dog on arrival . The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Great location for the beach. The Flamingo bar is dog friendly and does a fabulous breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing and welcoming and helpful our dog was made to feel welcome we appreciated the complimentary pack for cache. Pam went above and beyond to write a list of places to eat where dogs are allowed to go we were really grateful. The room was spacious and clean also very cosy .we will be back x x

Nothing to dislike!

Friendly welcome upon arrival and Alan and staff could not do enough for you to make it a pleasurable stay. A dog friendly hotel and definitely stay there again if in area. Free WiFi and parking and nice restaurants nearby allowing dogs which was nice as denewood not doing food at this time! Our little pomeranian Tilly loved being fussed and settled in straight away.

The shower was slow heating the water. Otherwise everything was comfortable.

The owner was friendly and let us use the car park until late afternoon.

Low pressure water flow in handbasin. Motorbikes going past every ten or so mins and the engine noises.

The hosts were so friendly. Nice location. Big bright room. Big bathroom.

Not a lot really, perhaps a little tired on the decorating front but nothing that affected our stay.

The owner is very kind and helpful. Its location is great- 5 mins to the beach or the main shopping street and O2 academy. There’s a fridge in the room and microwave downstairs you can use. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was big. And the bed was amazing but there 1 thing missing. Had no choice for any food like breakfast, there was nowhere in the hotel to get a snack if there was breakfast on offer then it wood be. Good

Love the hotel very colourful and clean. The staff was lovely. And Pam she made our stay extra special and very friendly love her to bits.

Busy road, but with ear plugs was OK.

Very friendly and very welcoming. Location was amazing, so close to the beach. Tips about where to eat and what to see were very good. Staff respond to any problems immediately. Definitely will come back again.

Close to the town and the beach and a good car park friendly and welcoming hosts nice big room with good facilities and being near a busy road you through it would be noisy but it was not.

Lovely place with a very friendly staff, and comfy beds, and in a great location, just a few steps from the beach. The price was affordable, room clean, and spacious. I got some helpful recommendations from the staff as well.

Although it wasn't a deal breaker the balcony could use a new coat of paint. The bedside lighting was too bright

We liked the room, decor and facilities. I loved the balcony access I loved that they allowed my cats to stay as well. Denewood is very accommodating. I loved the staff and owner. Beautiful and helpful people.
