Nothing wrong with property. Hosts very welcoming with loads of information to give if required. Breakfast is amazing and location is very good with just a short walk to the lake and town

Absolutely nothing!

Wonderful, helpful and accommodating hosts. Delicious breakfast and porridge made with love. Lovely room and Mr. Teddy was good company. Beautiful sunset out my bedroom window every night. Thank you Ken and Cindy for a fantastic stay in the Lake District.

What's not to like?

What lovely hosts! Interesting to chat to and interested in our trip. Made good suggestions as to where they thought we may enjoy, advising when we should book in advance. Great location at the top of the street. Never battled for parking. Our room was very pleasant and we were able to open the bedroom windows fully to get a breeze through the room. Breakfast was generous and very pleasant. Pre-booked time and order for breakfast the night before so there was no delay in being served. The sort of place you long to go back to. We certainly will! Oh and teddy bears on the beds are a lovely touch!

In an excellent location and my room was perfect and quiet. I was in a cycling holiday and Ken, the host, went out of his way to look after my needs. Great breakfast as well! Highly recommended

The property was ideally situated right bang in the middle of Windermere and Bowness. everything from the greeting, to the room, to the breakfast was just outstanding. amazing selection for breakfast, fruit, cereals, full cooked breakfast. The hosts were so warm & welcoming. Would 100% recommend.

The Property was very clean and tidy . Our room was a pleasure to stay in, with comfy bed and immaculate bathroom. The hosts, Ken and Cindy, couldn’t do enough for their guests. They fell over backwards to answer any questions we may have had about our stay and the areas we wished to visit. Cindy is an excellent cook, and breakfast was just how we liked it, well presented and VERY tasty.

Small shower. Most shops, food, etc are at least a ten-minute walk away.

Excellent hosts and quiet neighborhood (except for a few minutes when school lets out). Superb breakfast. Comfortable room. Located halfway between town and lake.

Everything! The hosts were very friendly. The house was beautiful. The room was cosy and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with a selection of cooked choices. Can park outside along the small road as long as you don't obstruct. Walking distance to nearby small town.
