No onsite staff, hallway was dirty. Elevator not working, internet not working, on our last night elecricity was cut off so we had to transfer room, deposit refund still not credited up until now. Details for check in will be sent the day of check in and you will have to walk atleast 10mins away from the property just to get the keys and take note that this is not a 24hours service.

Firstly the lift was not working, basement area quite scary and the corridors are very dirty smelly loose of rubbish and there’s a loose of people walking around in the middle of the night so that will put you off

Having to pick up and drop off your keys at a different location. Out of the four times we have books to stay in this apartment they have cancelled or changed the room we have booked. Still not got my deposit back from a room they made unavailable. It’s been 9 days now.

The bath/shower and wash basin were very slow to drain. There was no anti-slip mat for the bath, which made it a bit unsafe. There were no fans or other means of keeping the flat cool and our visit coincided with a spell of extremely hot weather. The internet didn't work (we reported it but the company was unable to fix the problem during our stay). The blinds in the sitting room were broken. Parking not provided (though this was made clear to us in advance). The area did not feel very safe for walking at night. Lack of welcome information, such as how/where to return the keys.

Convenience of location right next to the railway station as we were travelling daily to London. The kitchen was well appointed; the flat was generally very clean. Good fresh fruit and veg shops and a Tesco supermarket very close by.

The curtains in the room do not block out the light. I woke up every day at 4:30 a.m. due to the intense sunlight in the room. I couldn't get any rest. The curtains need to be replaced with blackout curtains. Another problem is the water heater. It's not enough for 2 people to take a hot shower. I also had a problem with the key, which was delivered without the pin for the entrance door to the building. To solve the problem, after complaining, I had to authorize a member of staff to enter my room when I wasn't there. They agreed to come one day and they didn't. It was only after a second complaint that they took the access pin.

It's really bad to have to pick up and return the keys to another address. When you're alone, with your bags in the taxi, you have to get out (leave your bags in the taxi) and pick up the keys and only then go to the apartment address. In addition, the person who delivers and receives the keys is very rude. There should be a box with a code at the location itself for picking up and returning the keys.

Hot water turned off after a certain time (after 7pm I think). This wasn’t mentioned to us. The cost of parking at the station wasn’t helpful but not the end of the world. You can find parking nearby which I did half way through my stay.

Property was clean and nice. Checking in process was easy and the place was easy to find.

The WiFi was a bit slow and the showers were a bit fiddley nothing we couldn't figure out. Other than those nothing else we didn't like.

It was nice being able to cook my own food the apartment was clean and warm very spacious. Located right beside the train and bus stations and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable my teen enjoyed a whole double to himself I'd recommend staying here and would definitely stay with sojo again

Could not find anybody to help with keys and other things. Everything was online which is good in all other ways except when you need some help which is better done in-person. Room was cleaned only once in 2 weeks, they can plan for a weekly cleaning if possible.

Stay was comfortable and good value for money. Located very close to the train station.

The smoke alarm went off twice during my stay (on two separate days). I contacted customer support about this and they sent someone over to turn the alarm off, the next day the alarm went off again and they sent me instructions on how to turn it off myself. I wasn't able to turn it off, so they eventually sent someone who fixed it.

A lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Slough. Conveniently located next to the train station (2 min walk), which was great since I did all of my travels via public transport. Good customer support, replied quickly.

The only issue we had is that the spare bed that was set up was uncomfortable because you could feel the slats through the mattress. This wasn't too much of an issue for us though as my son just slept on the sofa instead.

The place was clean, tidy and the facilities are amazing.

The hall the stairs and the aisle to apartment were awful, the main doir of the building was kept open day and night with a door stopper. The hall due to the open door was frequently been used by hobos or junkies during night. I did not take pictures of the mess in the morning because i have been mobbed by the sojo owners which are from dubai and sent me a at leasr 10 messages requesting to keep the house clean, throw the trash in the prpper place and so on. Messages can be checked by bookings i presume. Anyway, i think the place is normally rented to random people whicjh are not knowing the rules of Civil leaving. Therefore this was the first time and this will be the ladt time ever in my life to rent that place. When i go on holidays i want to enjoy time and not spending time reading the messages from the dubai agent. Thank you for keeping me busy reafing your messages...and i hope you are not charging for any damage in the apartment. I have sent pictures when i entered the apartment and it has been sent throug mail to uk rep of sojo

It was close to all amenities, not far from slough centre and train station however, it was lovely and peaceful. For a family of 5 we had plenty of space.
