One room was on the older part of the hotel and was a bit dated and the air con wasn't as good, although it didn't cause any bother

Lounge chairs are really low and awkward. Not comfortable. On the dinner menu, I chose vegetables with teriyaki but it was pretty awful. It looked unappetising and the soggy vegetables were drowning in the highly flavoured sauce. Perhaps rethink it?

Great breakfast spread. So much choice. Similarly with dinner menu. My friends first time with your company and they were really impressed Good bed linens and towels. Staff friendly, well presented and helpful in all sections. High standard of cleanliness.

It was a bit of a walk from reception to our room. Dark wood furniture and the carpet do with being updated. There is not much natural light in the room due to the trees close to the window.

Shower was terrible, shower head didn't work. Old tap version. Wouldntn stay up on rail, no pressure at all. Ceiling tiles put of place in various places. Quite dirty in places around the room.

There is no barrier to the car park, unlike another hotel nearby that we also stay at regularly; as a result there were to break-ins to vehicles while we stayed there. Barriers may not stop break-ins to vehicles but it might be a deterrent and also for vehicle thefts. Receptionist didn’t treat my complaint about the lack of cleanliness with any importance!

Lovely bar and food was good. We chose to eat in the bar as we wanted a light meal in the comfort of the lounge area.

The very long walk to my room with no assistance offered for cases (I am nearly 75.) Having to hunt for the location of the goats’ milk and yoghurt I brought with me which the receptionist said she would store in her fridge. Not there when I requested it the next morning. Had to speak to four different people until it was finally discovered somewhere else.

Its convenient location near the motorway; cleanliness of the room and provision of iron and ironing board.

Toilet didn’t work. Offered another room (which wasn’t disabled access) which was at the opposite end of the hotel which clearly wasnt suitable for my disabled father who’s in a wheelchair. Toilet not fixed properly. Overflowing and not fit for purpose.

Bar/dining area very hot. No AC, couldn't sit in that area, it was stifling We booked 2 rooms: Room 1 - the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, reported to reception and the whole bed was replaced. Excellent service. Room 2: Bathroom door was split and wouldn't close. Bathroom wasn't very clean. No telephone reception in the room, even with WiFi login. Toiletries were good to have, but hotel promotes conservation yet uses single use plastics. Refillables in the bathroom might be better. Also soap was replaced daily which seemed a bit wasteful

Location - easy access for Warwick, Stratford, and Coventry. Average size room, good bed (after changing mattress). Tea & coffee facilities (replenished daily). Large TV. Good storage space. Toiletries provided. Hot shower. Parking (free if a guest). Friendly reception staff.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Cleanliness was very good indeed. Location ideal! The beds were extremely comfortable and pillows. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely stay.

Not getting the room that we had booked, months ago, I even got confirmation from booking.com saying everything was confirmed a couple of days before. Either Booking.com made a mistake or the Hotel Over booked. But that is not acceptable.

When we arrived, they could not find our booking even though it was booked in November 2023, we had our booking confirmation with us as well, they had to find us a room, not what we booked, they gave us one free night,, and breakfast. They also blamed booking.com for not sending the booking information over. Not happy customers. Especially as we are regular booking.com customers and also Marriot Members which is what the Hotel is.

I didn't like having to pay to park.

Excellent position just off the motorway junction. We had a modern room with a large, comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. Coffee was fine.
