we liked the view and the area , it was very clean and we could have always walked to the beach whenever as well as the property had everything we needed and the parking was a big plus.

Flat was great but carpets in bedrooms probably should be replaced. Suggest door stops be available to keep doors open if required.

Small thing - could have done with a potato/veg peeler and a small sharp knife in the kitchen. Everything else was good.

Just across the road from a lovely sandy beach. Close to the town centre for shopping and near a great restaurant for coffee and meals.

Immaculate and beautiful apartment with mostly very tasteful decor. Very clean. Very tidy. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Exceptional value for money. Stunning sea view. Shower was perfect. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfy. Great to have parking space right outside. Views were unbeatable. Host came to meet us with the keys.

Excellent location at the sea front with fantastic views. Very clean and decorated tastefully, great kitchen with all the facilities for modern living, dishwasher, washing machine all the cooking facilities and utensils. Comfy living room and within short walk to shops and the nearest hotel bar & restaurant is 100 yards away

The oven wasn’t working and I had bought pizzas for the kids and ended up getting a takeaway.

Frances was a great host, her good communication kept me right. The flat is ideal for a family like ours.

Frontage of the apartment block was a little dilapidated however inside was immaculate. Once you get the hang of the door keys, they were fine also

Shower small and lacking water pressure , no place for ladies to make up and prepare . Door locks awkward and difficult unless skilled maneuvering of keys .

The location was perfect for the beginning of our island hopping holiday - only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal to Arran (we had a lovely day trip here) and only 20 miles from Largs for the ferries to Great Cumbrae & Bute. The apartment was right on the seafront with direct views out across South Beach bay from the living room & kitchen. The whole apartment was well appointed, furnished and decorated. Private parking area right within 5m of the front door to the apartment building.

The shower doors don't close properly so water always escapes on to the floor. This is just a minor detail, everything else perfect.

The host allowed us into the apartment early as was unoccupied the day before arrival. She even bought the keys to us as we were already staying close by. Parking was excellent, an allocated space. The apartment was very clean the decor was lovely. The views across to Arran and surrounding coast line excellent. The kitchen was very clean and tidy. Best of all was the little robot vacuum cleaner. Switch it on and off it goes all by itself and does the vacuuming. Lovely stay would stay again for sure.
