The driveway opens out onto a surprisingly busy road, and we had a scare when our pup charged off towards it so be mindful if you have dogs with you. A small fence around the cottage garden, or the option of closing the driveway gate would add some peace of mind if possible - but in the first instance, we'd suggest keeping dogs on leads if they aren't great with recall or still in training like ours. (Just want to reiterate though that this was absolutely a learning curve for us as first time dog owners more than a criticism of the property!)

The property is amazing, very cozy and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. It was a real home away from home, and the field behind the house was perfect for our little dog. The property is decorated to a high standard and we adored the Alice in Wonderland cushions. Perfect blend of quaint and characterful, and modern comforts. Found myself saying I'd happily live somewhere like this!

Absolutely nothing. There was nothing not to like. Wonderful.

This property has a real "Wow!" factor. It was truly amazing on all fronts. Parking at the door, instructions for key box provided in plenty of time (and they worked!), beautifully furnished and well equipped, light and warm with fabulous views. Can't praise it highly enough and so very grateful to the owners for being prepared to accommodate us for just the one night on this occasion. Thankyou.

Only very minor grumble was traffic noise as there is a surprisingly noisy road is right outside. But I am a light sleeper.

All very nice location and cleanliness. Topsy Turvy is a vey nice self contained cottage, nicely decorated and very clean. Beautiful area of the world to visit. Hosts ere very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely place to stay. All was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the set up worked well for me staying with my dog. It was great being right next to the park for her to have a quick run. We visited Carding mill valley in the morning for a walk which was lovely (only about 25th mins away).

Good kitchen facilities, but the living area could do with new sofa and chairs or at least some cushions and throws and to look more homely.

The topsy turvy cottage was ideal for our one night stopover. The cottage was warm and welcoming , the bed comfortable and a nice bug shower. The dogs were welcome too...a win win for us. The cottage is right on the road, but did not bother us at all we slept like logs. The views of the hills from the windows were lovely. Can't comment on the area as we arrived in the dark and left in the morning.

There's nothing to dislike!

Lovely spacious cottage. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Jen and Steve were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer.
