The shower in the upstairs bathroom is loose and comes off the wall. The heating was up high when we arrived and difficult to turn down so was a bit too hot at night.

Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. The conservatory is great, will be lovely in the warmer weather. Within easy reach of shops.

Blinds in bedrooms were damaged and didn't block out much light. Upstairs bathroom light didn't work, so bathroom unusable at night. Floor needed a thorough clean. Garden needs some TLC

The upstair bathroom light does not work !! the Shower head rail is loose + the screw on shower control on/off knob is missing so it comes off in your hand when you turn it on. We did not want to bother anyone about these issues over the two days as we had a busy time at a family wedding.

Suited our needs well as a family group. Facilities good. ease of access good and very good parking we had 3 cars with us. Value for money was exceptional and location perfect for our needs. comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.

The vertical blinds in bedrooms are very poor, one having only three slats. The light comes in all over. The upstairs bathroom door is very squeaky and hits the toilet when you open it. The floorboards and stairs are very creaky so to visit the toilet at night woke others up. The garden is very overgrown and has cigarette ends over it. So it couldn't be used. Would advise take wine glasses with you as there is only one. There are tumblers etc. The downstairs toilet and shower became blocked so water came up through shower and filled toilet. We were checking out and the owner did offer to fix it, they are easy to contact.

The house accommodated 7 adults comfortably. The beds were lovely and comfortable, plenty of towels and all very clean. Kitchen is well equipped, apart from wine glasses. We had a comfortable stay but there are a few things need taking care of.

the house wasn’t clean very well, dirty dishes in the cupboard, we found a cigarette butt in the conservatory and the smell when we entered there was awful because of that, some windows doesn’t close properly and you can fell the air from outside when you are in bed

the property was big and with enough space for a group of 7, has all the facilities you could need, good size tv and very well equipped kitchen, with 2 ovens, in general good space to spend few days away

In the downstairs bathroom there was a broken floor tile which was pretty unsafe if walking in bare feet. Upstairs bathroom had a decent enough shower if only the main shower head and bottom shower gauge knob didn’t fall off throughout.

a little tired some loose tiles vertical blinds let light in the bedrooms and beds to to our taste - very soft previous occupants had a party /bbq - all external bins filled with beer cans and rubbish left in tear garden

This is a minor issue, but there was only one toilet for such a big house.

The property was exactly what we needed, plenty of space for 7 people, very clean and in a great location. Good parking also available, on proprtie's drive.

It was definitely a bonus that there were two bathrooms (upstairs: toilet, bath, shower. downstairs: toilet, shower), the one upstairs was very small and the door couldn't be opened fully because of the toilet behind it, but worked fine if you just wanted to use the bathroom really quick in the morning.

This property was fantastic, there was ample parking at the front and the keys were easy to pick up from the lockbox. It was a little warm at the property, but once you got the windows open it soon cooled down again. There were two ovens in the kitchen, though we only needed to use one of them. The conservatory at the back was amazing, it was absolutely huge and great place to eat meals together.
