Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

a very nice gem of a hotel, clean and quiet. far enough away from the noise of the front pubs/clubs, but a quick min walk to get to owners are very friendly and are very welcoming room was very nice, clean and comfortable. 2 great dogs also.

It’s close to the front and all the shops and located right in the middle of both piers however it’s on a back street so the noise of people and music etc doesn’t keep you awake. Beyond perfect!!

Amazing little hotel that is a few minutes walk to the sea and promenade. Mandy and Nick are lovely hosts. The room was clean and comfy, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be going back to stay here again.

Everything. The room was lovely and spotless. I booked a family room because I like the extra space. The couple who ran it were great. They didn’t faun all over you ( which I hate) but they were there if you needed help. Definatly going back.

Great value, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Shampoo and conditioner also provided. Very clean and comfortable, lovely hosts, 2 cute and friendly dogs.

United KingdomEverything was really great if I was pushed for a response here would be the smoking out front each time In and out of home but I respect it’s also the owners home I didn’t want to sit with a cuppa outside
Nick and Mandy were very welcoming and helpful hosts. We had a family room with a double and single bed for our 12 year old. Had a cold can pop as soon as we arrived and nice char as waiting a few mins for our room, no problems. Room facilities were great with water, plenty of tea and coffee and a nice dresser and small wardrobe the cube boxes to unpack into are a great idea. We booked as I was doing a local Parkrun and my husband the run the lights of an evening. Our hosts took time to ask how our events were and went above and beyond to help sort the car after we initially paid parking some distance away, note for future travellers there is more than one hotel of this name. No comments on breakfast as they are renovating kitchen we went to jimmys round the corner on our last day highly recommended rather than using a chain. 2 little dogs there were great and so friendly

The owners are lovely and go out of their way to help you out. The rooms are recently refurbished and the family room especially was clean, beautifully decorated with plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and a big bottle of water which was a nice suprise. Bedding was crisp white and towels were fresh, soft and smelled lovely. Great value and a comfortable nights sleep, we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you x

I asked if I could put banners up for my son's birthday and friends anniversary and we walked in to have helium balloons and banners in the bar area and over the window and door of the room we were staying. The room we stayed was the family room and the decor was gorgeous. Both my sons loved their 2 little dogs and keep asking to go back and see them. Thank you for making our stay brilliant and going the extra mile! From Sara and the boys! !
