It is a very cosy studio and I like the way the check-in is not disturbed. TV and all amenities for cooking were new. The toilets were also clean and tidy which was reassuring. Very close to the bus stop and great location!

Check in was very easy, just followed the instrctruction sent by Stephen, Loved the decor, Apartment had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean, I was only sorry I didnt have time to take a shower there(i did take a shower later) but the bathroom is so nice.

Spotlessly clean, warm rooms, gorgeous shower, comfy bed, & cute sofa to cosy up to watch tv. This accommodation had everything we needed. So handy to have a fridge and a toaster to make ourselves snacks & even sit at the little table & watch the world go by. It was the first time I had used a keypad system to enter, it was super easy and felt so safe and secure. I would love to stay again when visiting Brighton.

Bathroom just a little cramped. I couldn’t get the shower to work but I now believe I needed to use one of the 4 pull cords in the bathroom.

Carpet is not great with allergies, but overall it is a clean space.

Great place. Looks exactly as the pictures. Kitchen is fully supplied. Place is not right in the center, but many busstops in 1 min walking distance and city BV center at 10-15 min walking distance. Good tv with options to use your own Netflix or Disney+ account. Interior was really nice but also smart. Many spaces to put away your stuff and the room does not feel small at all.

Location very good: very near to bus stops, and to shops. I only have this to say: my wife and I stayed there in December, and when we had to book again for July, I immediately booked this same place: can you have a better review than that?

The studio was lovely, host was honest and very helpful. The room looks exactly like in the pictures, and the location itself is nice and quiet while still being close to the main town. I appreciated that the host provided parking information too -- definitely a headache when travelling to unfamiliar neighbourhoods! Actually there was a whole collection - both digital and physical - of guides from checking in to making the stay enjoyable to checking out. 10/10 would definitely rebook when next visiting!

It was all lovely,decorated well. Shower and bed were great. Host not met,however, he sent messages asking if all OK and any issues to let him know. 100% had guests welfare at forefront. Cooking facilities more than adequate,if expecting tea and coffee to be laid on,then book a hotel. This is a lovely studio and as such,you must cater these things yourself, and for us,that was not an issue

The walk back from the town centre is a little trying, that hill can be hard work but this would definitely not stop me from booking this property again and if required there is the No.18 bus.

Everything that the host had control over was exceptional. When I contacted the host he came back to me within minutes with the answer.....SPOT ON.

We had such a lovely stay for two nights and felt right at home. it’s in a great location 10 mins to the centre or less by bus if you don’t drive. Exceptionally clean, cosy and comfortable. very private and was actually much cheaper than a budget hotel for our stay! we would love to stay again in the future. can’t fault it!

Perhaps a little too pricey for me on my own but a lot of work has gone into the property so I can see why. I would say it's definitely the perfect place to be on your own to chill out after work but not with another person. Unless you're popping in and out.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Art deco house. I felt completely at home there too. My host was extremely helpful and all instructions were listed in the email provided. Loved it.
