Cleanliness, found a razor guard on our floor. The entrance into the rooms needs attention on the glass door which was scruffy through our stay. Staff didn’t put a liner in toilet bin and didn’t replenish loo roll so had to ask reception

The view from our room wasn’t great - hotel flat roof view. Pool lighting could have been a bit more inviting. Pool towels weren’t available when we went for a swim.

The hotel is very old, and so the rooms are very dated, but quite quaint. The strangest thing was having the hand basin on the opposite side of the room to the bathroom - so you have to cross the room to wash your hands, brush your teeth etc. The hot water took ages to come through the shower and the water pressure needed to be very low in order to have a hot shower.

The location was excellent, across the road from the beach and a fabulous pub and Thai cafe. The views from my balcony were absolutely fabulous. The breakfast was exceptional quality with so much choice on the buffet. For the price I would stay again.

Update the rooms a bit for example in the bathroom. Also the noisy neighbours keeping us up or waking us up early.

The staff was very friendly and I really helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.

The rooms are a low 3 star. Cheap products that were a little wonky, handles falling off etc A double bed sheet used across 2 single beds, so didn’t fit properly, a bit annoying

Breakfast area a bit crowded and hectic, but hotel was full. Too many staff simply clearing tables, with tendency to just add to crowded atmosphere and be annoying by snatching up dishes and cutlery when one had barely, if, finished with it. They were invariably polite but the impression was that hotel was short on tableware! They could have been better utilized in monitoring buffet supply (e.g. hashbrown bin empty for sometime. However when I pointed this out to staff member and it took some time for them to be ready, she actually picked me out of the crowded tables and delivered! )Nice selection of teas, but I would have appreciated had some decaf beverages also been available on tea tray in room. My triple bedded room was just above kitchen apparently and too noisy to have windows open much of the time.

Great and varied breakfast selection(tomato juice! Lemon! )Responsive staff; quick and efficient check-in, very clean and good room. Comfortable beds, and large tv in triple room.

Excellent location very close to the beach and an easy walk into town with all its bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and they provide an excellent breakfast spread. Great swimming pool and sauna, rooms spacious 👍

Getting to our room involved quite a tortuous route involving 2 flights of stairs in addition to a lift. We dealt with this OK but some elderly guests might find it difficult, especially with luggage. It might be helpful if the Hotel advised that it was possible for evening meals to be taken in the Bar as an alternative to the Dining room.

The Hotel is conveniently located. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of variety.

The room that I was given was not made up when I arrived and had to go back to reception to get it changed. Parking was an issue, with limited space and having to leave keys with reception. On two mornings I had to get other cars moved that were blocking me in. Guests in an adjacent room where playing music and making noise until 2am.

Very convenient for where I needed to be and good breakfast.

Room windows were dirty on the outside. No point having a sea view when you can't see out.

Great accommodation. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of hotel and cold food. Nice pool and staff were pleasant and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.
