The walls were a bit thin so I could hear a man on the toilet in the room next door and my eldest said he could hear someone snoring during the night.

I thought I'd booked a double and single bed so it was a pleasant surprise for my children that there was a trundle bed so they could have a bed each and so could I. Breakfast was nice - buffet with plenty of options. Excellent location and on-site restaurant if you didn't want to make the short walk around to the services for a meal there. The hotel was quiet in that there wasn't road noise etc. Clean and modern looking. My kids rated it 4/5.

We arrived home to a parking fine even though we had logged in our details on arrival in reception. We contacted the hotel directly and the fine was cancelled. So just make sure you enter your registration details on arrival or you will receive a hefty parking fine that cannot be cancelled .

Clean and comfortable and very reasonable price . perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight from Bristol airport. It is about a 20 minute drive away from the airport so very convenient .

Although toons were immaculate the corridors are a little tired

We were only there a few hours because it was a stop off enroute but the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. A lovely break on our long drive.

Hard to find a parking spot but when we knew we could park anywhere it was not a problem inputting registration

Signage to hotel was inadequate. Carpets were stained. Very difficult Gordano roundabout to negotiate if accessing Royal Portbury dock.

It took me two goes to find the hotel within the motorway service area. I missed the signage the first time which may have been obvious for others. The dinner was of a standard one might expect from a motorway service stop. The food was attractively priced. I would have paid more to obtain a burger bun which tasted of bread rather than plastic. I am being a little unkind but I could not think of another way of describing the taste. I did not like having to enter my car registration three times. I did it when I checked online. I understood the second time when I used their computer system to register my details with presumably the service station. I did not understand why I then had to supply it again when I signed in with pen and paper.

I had not realised I was booking into a motorway service hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. Once I figured out how to obtain a comfortable water temperature, the ceiling shower unit was special. The breakfast was good value and better than my dinner. The minimal staff warmed up once one got to know them.

We only stayed one night, a stopgap between different venues. We had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. We thought it might be quite noisy as it was at a service station on the motorway but our room overlooked a green area and was vey quiet and peaceful

Our room was cold and we understand it’s on a service station but we got woken up couple of times by lorry’s and people banging doors. There were also a couple of red stains on the carpet.

Clean and inviting from the outside and reception area. Staff were friendly. My husband had breakfast and he said it was nice. Bed was comfy. Value for money.

As we were travelling with 2 under 2 year old and the travel time was 3 hours plus I did request an earlier check in. We arrived half 2pm but weee required to pay £10 to check in half hour earlier. Lucky for us due to the location the services were just a few minutes walk so we fed and killed some time there instead.

Did not request this but both travel cots were already set up upon arrival. Did not use the gym but it appeared to be really small but all other facilities were fantastic.
